Col. Vindman...a True American Patriot just like the others who have testified. He and the others would not have had to endure the harassment of the Alternative Fact Frenzied GOP and Fox Nation if so many of us in 2016 had not decided to Vote for Trump. A rude obnoxious candidate endorsed by the GOP and aided by Russian Interference and the Electoral College. He has become in just a few years the worst President in American History! His Dysfunctional Administration has an 80% turnover rate and no successful policies to date. Not only was it Not ..All Locker Room Talk..but Mexico will never pay for the Wall. NK will never denuclearize. Trade Wars are not easy to win and we are not enjoying better more affordable Health Care! Trump support needs to called out for what it has always been since the day he decided to ridicule a former POW and a Gold Star Family...Trump Support is UNAMERICAN and UNPATTRIOTIC !! If it weren't for the Democrats taking over the House and true American Patriots coming forward to testify...we'd all be lost in a World of Alternative Facts and no better than Russia and China. Mr Cummings left us with a profound question. In 2019 What did We Do To Ensure That Our Democracy Stays Intact ? The Democrats and those coming forward to testify like Col. Vindman have all..DONE THEIR JOB !!

Kimmel's Lie Witness News Crew-- please say they had to search really hard to find these know nothings . . . . If that's 40% of the country, we are in serious decline...

The constant harping of night time comediennes has really lost its appeal to sane people

GOP Rep Jim Jordan: "Military Service: None Career: College wrestling coach". National hero and patriot!
Harry B (Michigan)
If Nunes questioned me, I would counter with questions about his family dairy farm employing illegals. If Jordan went overboard with his line of questions I would ask him why he never acted to prevent sexual assault at Ohio State. Someone has to publicly shame these two sycophants, the ratings would soar.

Have I missed something, or has no one done a take on the real three amigos--Steven Martin (played by Gordon S), Chevy Chase (played by Rick P--governor good-hair), and Martin Short (played by Kurt V.) Of course, the in-famous El Guapo/DJT (in-famous because that means really, really famous) is defeated at the end when the townspeople make little amigo outfits for everyone. So Mick M--you're an amigo! Mike P--you're an amigo! Kelley Ann C--you're an amigo! VP P--you're an amigo! Because if no one has done this, then there's a lot of comedic malpractice that needs explaining.

"He has diplomatic immunity for those things" That's one way of putting it.

Nunes is a better comic than Colbert, much more laughable. The way Nunes tells his fictional stories is funny; there are situations where situations become comical and the "funny guy" may not even realize that people are laughing at him, not with him.

"Lie Witness News" - priceless and incredibly depressing.

When the Representative from Utah was snarky about Col. Vindman wearing his dress uniform, was he aware that military regulations require active-duty soldiers to wear a dress uniform while testifying before Congress? Why is it so hard for Republicans to look up facts?
Jackie (Missouri)
@Linda I hazard to guess that most of the people in Congress did not serve in the military.
Nnaiden (Montana)
@Linda so glad someone brought this up.

Trump and the GOP reminds me of a line Groucho Marx once said when asked about having been refused entry into a particularly Waspy Country Club: " I wouldn't want to belong to a Club that would allow someone like me into it, anyway"-Badda boom!

As the King says to Woody Allen in “Everything . . . To Know About Sex,” Not Funny!

Seth Myers' comment about Donald Trump wanting impeachment so he can collect unemployment....excellent!!!!!!!

The ignorance shown by these people isn't an aberration. It is what a sizable minority will ostrich themselves to continue supporting a criminal, who metaphorically uses our Constitution as toilet paper. Those who do not learn from their mistakes are consigned to repeat them. Last time, the cost was ~70,000,000 lives, with much of the world in ruins. The Hitler-Franco duo is neatly paralleled with today's Trump-Duterte. Unless a way is found to educate the willfully uneducable (i.e., to somehow break through to the masses that the republican playbook has successfully left stupid), are we consigned to repeating the horrors of WWII? (Or, possibly worse now, in the nuclear age.) In the House of Representatives, the impeachment inquiry is not being driven by any partisan motive; rather, it is Congresspeople doing what the U.S. Constitution REQUIRES them to do. And not impeaching (and removing) this traitor would be condoning his crimes. Maybe that is what is now America?

The late show hosts keep me sane.

The way in which all the veterans of wars and foreign service have been treated is appalling. Lt Col Vindman and Bill Taylor are decorated veterans that served under fire. Maria Yovanovich served in Somalia and Ukraine when both have been under attack. Neither Nunes nor Jordan have served in the armed forces, and their ability to be courageous only in front of cameras for Trump is less than impressive. Nunes isn’t brave enough to stand up to a cow, and Jim Jordan wasn’t brave enough to call out a child molester.
Jackie (Missouri)
@Jane K Yes, but isn't that the underlying thing about bullies, that deep inside, they are cowards, and that they can only be "brave" when they are facing someone whom they can think of as their inferior? My only question is, what is in it for Nunes and Jordan? What possible payday can they hope to achieve?

These Republicans are who we are protecting in the military. They don’t deserve to be protected they don’t tell the truth , abuse women and young teen girls start lots of wars and won’t give Americans an affordable health care or housing. The worst crime is destroying our planet with their support of coal and fossil fuels. I am a retired military veteran am disgusted with their treatment of our Mr Vindman a decorated combat veteran. The GOP should not be allowed to vote in this next election in 2020. We better end the electoral college fast so it will not be in the next Presidential election.

@D.j.j.k. Ahem....Lt Col Vindman
