His protruding stomach, bone spurs, mental condition, hair color, absurdly-long neck ties and total lack of a sense of humor remain matters of grave concern to me.

Ok, I suspect he is just fine, and that this little ruse is his way out of the White House. Soon enough, he'll say his doctors 'insist' that he step down. Good riddance, I say, but you're not fooling us for a minute, Mr. President.

STD? Just saying. What goes around, comes around. Might also explain his wife's unexplained May hospitalization for an unexplained " kidney condition". Just saying.
fact or friction (maryland)
Trump's real health doesn't really actually matter much, if at all, at this point, given the obvious corruption and crimes that will continue to be exposed over the coming weeks and months, as more and more information about Trump and his doings sees the light of day. He should be impeached. And, I'm betting at some point, McConnell, seeing that the Republicans in the next election may lose the Senate and he might lose his own Senate seat, if Trump's still in office come next November, will strongly pressure Trump to resign. But, setting all that aside, Trump's trip to Walter Reed is curious. The WH is presumably lying about it being related to getting an unplanned head start on an annual physical; that's just absurd. Really, it seems there are only two logical possibilities for what would need to have been done at Walter Reed that couldn't have been done at the WH. Either the visit was to use a large imaging device or it was a medical procedure more involved than something simple that could have been at the WH (but, obviously, no so invasive that it required a hospital stay). Now, it's possible that the result of whichever it was was positive and there's no remaining issue...or not. Given Trump's and the WH's proclivity to lie, I'm going to bet on the latter.
