The Brooklyn condo reminds me of a bright white tomb. Paying so much money and barely any natural light.
Prices in NYC baffle me - do people really make that much more money as say an Analyst or mid level Manager to be able to afford a $1.5 million home?
All properties, except for the Brooklyn apartment, have lingered on the market for quite a while and sold either at or below the original listed price.

The NJ house sets a new record for taxes in these articles - I believe $1.5 million is about as high as you go in price. I have heard that property tax is much more reasonable in Chatham.
