Perfect! Congratulations.

Delightful. Real life. Most appealing inside and out, except for, well, the pompom-ed foot blanket

Sharp house. Unpretentious and handsome. Well done, gentlemen.

The joys of being small in stature, including the ability to live within smaller spaces.......

Do some articles on how to give away your money to the very best charities. Luxury at its best.

What a wonderful job they did on this house. Thank you for posting the cost of the revoations too--it is heartening to see that something close to my dream house can still be had for under $1m.

The cottage combines mid century pieces in a minimalist take on the greige look of today. And they did not turn it into a theme; rather, they kept it light and airy. Indeed, there are some playful touches like the wallpaper in the lounge and the counterpoint in the runner on the stair. I do hope they have deer fencing for the thujas along the road. Here the deer would just chew them up. Unfortunately the landscapers never call them deer lollipops when they plant them. Or sometimes in ski country, the landscapers just wrap each one in burlap for the season.

@grumpyoldman Disagree about the thujas. If those evergreens along the road are Green Giant- and they appear to be-all will be well. One taste and deer spit them out.
