I feel like this is a step in the right direction but they're still not completely where they need to be. I don't think they should have only given one song so many different awards when there were a lot of other suitable candidates. I do however like that they chose such a meaningful song.
I feel like this is a step in the right direction but also that his song should have won regardless of the controversy. the awards should be given based on numbers and impact rather than the performer's race, beliefs, and gender. I also believe that they were biased toward pleasing clouds and helping their image. either way "This Is America" was an exceptional song.
I believe that as time goes by, the interest in the Grammy Awards have gone down. This is happening, because people feel like the Grammys are not getting the rewards right. Lastly people who listen to R and B and Hip-Hop feel that their singer are not getting the reward they deserve.
