To the critics: why don’t you prepare it before you complain?
Evelyn (St Louis)
Reading the introductory paragraphs preceding the recipe, I got as far as the reference to 'oozy eggs' -- and that was it for me ... sorry.
Patricia Waters (Athens, Tennessee)
Sounds like grits to me.
Lynn Downing (Richmond, VA)
Looks scrumptious!

Is the photograph pre-consumption, or post?
Kayla (New York)
Grapefruit and bourbon? That's wrong.
Jean (Holland, Ohio)
Brunch is a wonderful time for entertaining guests.

To each one one's own tastes, of course. But to me, the casserole looks very unappetizing, with the fried eggs seemingly underdone -- the white on the yolks is transparent, which means it is still mucous.
Tony Ventura (Michigan)
@Tuvw Xyz... My guess is you'll need another recipe to figure out how to cook the eggs more thoroughly.
M (Pennsylvania)
@Tuvw Xyz Mucous? Whoa, harsh critic. It's quite obvious it's been well cooked. I'd eat it.
Maura (Durham, NC)
@Tuvw Xyz, well, then. It's a good thing you're not required to eat it.
