@KCox SO true, was thinking the same thing! What that guy is saying, is that if our client reduces costs on a national, scaled level in "mature" commercial RE U.S. markets, then MY construction firm will make LESS money due to savings across less labor needed, no way to make major, expensive re-dos, like tear down new walls, etc...because VR will lower that costly risk...which means our expensive construction labor margins..get FAR more lower if not evaporate at that point. India is amongst the world's worst in building quality standards....irrespective of VR integrations pre-build mode...
