The drug related crimes that result in the death penalty would have to include murder. Sessions is not recommending the death penalty for possession.

The bad actors were appointed under Holder/Obama. Employees are the Justice Department were silenced under the Obama administration and are just now making their complaints known. The swamp is polluted, and Obama made it worse.
