Me and my family love the super bowl and watch it every year and have a couple people over for it. Justin Timberlake for this season's halftime show isn't too great of a choice in my opinion mainly because I don't listen to his music nor like the genre he makes a lot of music in too much. I like to listen to rap, hip-hop, and R&B so a person I would love to see out there if they were still alive today would be Tupac because he was the best rapper of his time and maybe he could be accompanied by people like Easy-E or Notorious B.I.G.

The Super Bowl Halftime show is my favorite part of the game every year. This year, “The N.F.L. will revisit its most controversial Super Bowl halftime show by having Justin Timberlake, the singer who participated in the infamous “wardrobe malfunction” of 2004, perform during Super Bowl LII”. I'm my opinion I think Justin Timberlake is a great performer and a great artist and I can't wait to see him perform. However if I could choose anyone in the world to perform at the Super Bowl it would be J. Cole, who is my favorite rapper and is an inspiration to me.

I think that lil herb should perform during the super bowl because he is a great rapper and i think people will like his music

In the article it states that “Timberlake continues the NFL’s trend towards courting a younger audience whether than going with older, safer performers”. While Timberlake is a popular music artist, I believe that the NFL’s games are still attended and watched by a majority of older audiences that interests of music aren’t that of the younger audiences. So to me I think that older musicians such as Paul McCartney, Steve Miller, and bands like the Eagles should be performing during halftime shows rather than modern day pop singers. I personally believe that the NFL is making a mistake by choosing younger singers for their halftime shows because despite a few, very little of them actually have any interesting music in them and often boast a repetitive beat with semi-interesting lyrics on top of it. Overall the NFL would satisfy more of it’s viewers if it hired older bands and singers because of the audiences appeal to them.

Personally, I don't like the idea of Justin Timberlake doing the Halftime Show this year, especially after 'Nipplegate' and not because he partook in showcasing nudity- more on the lines of how it isn't fair that a black woman's career took the hit for something that a white man did. He has never even officially apologized for everything that happened to Janet Jackson, and it seems to reinforce this idea. I was only 4 at the time, but in light of recent protests in the NFL against racial injustice, he isn't the best guy to bring in. I will not dispute he is talented, but this isn't a smart move for NFL.

Justin Timberlake, in my opinion, is a perfect choice for the Super Bowl Halftime show this year. He has performed in the atmosphere before, so he knows what it will be like. Everyone who watches the halftime show is bound to know at least one of his songs, if not multiple. One of his more recent songs "Can't Stop The Feeling", many younger viewers would know because of being in the movie "Trolls". Not only will kids know some songs, the adults will also know the earlier songs of Timberlake. He also has scored pretty high on the top charts countless times. Ever since the early 2000s, his music has been a huge success, proving he knows what the crowd likes and has had many breakthroughs since then.

I think they chose Justin Timberlake for this year’s Super Bowl because he brings a good feeling back to music. Lately, people these days have been listening to rap and trap music. Justin Timberlake has classics such as “Sexy back”, “ Suit & Tie”, “Can’t stop this feeling!” and “Cry me a river”. These are all songs mostly everyone can sing along to and enjoy because they are upbeat and classics. Having Justin Timberlake Perform will make everyone in a better mood and singing along to all his songs. If I could see anyone perform in the super bowl, it would have to be Miley Cyrus, because she puts on a large performance every time.

In my opinion, Justin Timberlake is the perfect person to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show. He is known by a wide variety of age ranges. My parents listen to Justin Timberlake, my friends and I listen to him, my older brother and his friends, as well as my younger brother and his friends, even my very young cousins, enjoy listening to Justin Timberlake's music. Justin Timberlake has been creating music for a very long time and has had some major hits. His songs have topped charts and his concerts have sold out in minutes. As excited as I am for Justin Timberlake to perform, I have always wanted to see Justin Bieber perform at the Super Bowl halftime show. I used to be the biggest fan of Justin Bieber. I know all of his music, and I even went to three of his concerts. Justin Bieber has always been a very controversial artist. People either love his music or hate his music, which could cause him to not be the best choice to perform at the halftime show. No matter my mood I always know that there is a song that Justin Bieber wrote that I can listen to in order to match or even change my mood. Honestly as great as it would be for Justin Bieber to perform at the halftime show, I definitely think that Justin Timberlake is a better option.

Although my view may be biased since I grew up listening to Timberlake, I think he would be a great and memorable halftime performer. In recent years, he has released more upbeat songs that would get the crowd excited for the last half of the Super bowl game. Because he has been capturing the hearts of many generations, it would be a great experience for everyone in the family. However, I would enjoy seeing a new face show off their talent. I've been loving Sam Smith lately, but his songs would be too down for the occasion. Perhaps I'd enjoy if Kendrick Lamar killed the stage with his catchy and relatable tunes.

The Super Bowl Halftime is something everybody watches even people who do not like football. There have been a variety of people and groups who have performed during the Super Bowl Halftime. They have the job of entertaining the crowd and performing their act. Justin Timberlake could be both a great performer or a horrific performer at the halftime show due to the type songs he would perform. He has many positive songs like “Can’t Stop This Feeling” which is very upbeat and both enjoyable and appropriate for all ages watching the halftime show. While he has many upbeat songs, he has some songs he could perform that parents might not want their children to hear. Justin Timberlake could either be a great performer or a terrible performer based on his decisions including both the tone of his music and appearance. Another person or group who would be a good performer at the halftime show is echosmith. They have many positive songs and many of their popular songs had a positive message behind them. They have songs and appearances that are okay for groups of all ages.

In my opinion Justin Timberlake is a fantastic choice for the super bowl halftime show. Many of his songs have hit top 10 charts. He also has won countless Grammy and MTV awards. Although I think Justin Timberlake would be a great choice, I also think Taylor Swift would be a good choice. She is talented, has many different style songs, and is family friendly. Taylor Swift is also the sixth most followed on instagram which means she is highly liked and many people will be happy with her performing at the half time show.

Justin Timberlake is a bold choice for this years Super Bowl. Everyone has many different tastes in music, and Justin Timberlake can only satisfy the people who enjoy pop or hip-hop music. However, Justin Timberlake is well known by many young adults and adults. Justin Timberlake still produces current hits and has been producing music since 2002. Therefore, many adults have heard his music. Overall, I think that Justin Timberlake will please everyone during for this years Super Bowl.

I think that Justin Timberlake is a great choice for the Super Bowl halftime. He has been in the music spotlight for a long time, and it is well-deserved. He works really hard to make music and he has had 8 chart topping songs, which makes him in third place for US chart toppers. However, if I could see anyone perform at halftime I would want to see Pink. She is an iconic singer who inspires people every day, and she is in second place for chart toppers with 9.

I think he's a good choice for half time performer. He's liked by a lot of people worldwide, which makes him a good fit. He's fairly talented. If I did have it my way, however, I would choose Tyler The Creator to do the half time show. He's a good rapper and an interesting character to watch. He'd be great for the job.

I would not like to see him perform because I am not a fan of his music at all. I would like to see Lil Yachty, Kodak Black and Ugly God. I think that they would put on a show at halftime because I personally think that they are currently some of America's greatest rappers. I think that there would be more people watching this halftime show because these artists have better music than Justin Timberlake.
Josselynn HHHS (Hanover)
I thought Justin Timberlake did well for the halftime show. He got the fans very excited and pumped. If I could see anyone preform at the Super Bowl I would want to see Maroon 5. I would like to see them because I like their music and it would be fitting. It would seem that their older music would get more fans to like them more.

I think that Justin Timberlake is a pretty good choose for this I have not heard his music a lot but I have heard a couple songs and the seem to be pretty good. It seems like he has been waiting for a opportunity like this for a while because what he has accomplished as a musician and an actor. So best of luck to him and hope he has a great performance.

I Justin Timberlake is a terrible choice. To start with he has already performed at the halftime show. I swear the NFL just pulled out a phone book started calling some numbers and chose the first person that picked up. This is lazy, find someone new. Speaking of new, that is exactly what Timberlake isn’t he is a blast from the past. I don’t even know one of his songs. Who the heck was he did he perform solo, was he in a band? I don't know. The performer for the half-time show has to be someone new, who appeals to all audiences. Someone like Kanye West, the Weekend, or Taylor Swift just to name a few better candidates.

I think that Justin Timberlake is a good choice for the Super Bowl half time show. I believe that Justin Timberlake is a very good singer. I think that because he is a pop singer that everyone knows of. If I could see anyone sing at the half time show, it would be DJ Khalid. I really like his music and I believe that a lot of people would know the music.

I am very excited to watch Justin Timberlake perform this year during halftime of the Superbowl game. I have always liked his music and am excited to see what songs he performs. I think he will do a great job, as he always has awesome performances.
Judy HHHS (Michigan)
Justin Timberlake is a well achieved music artist and actor. He is a true performer and I think he will provide a good show for the Super Bowl halftime. However, I am not particularly fond of his music. If I could see anyone perform at the Super Bowl it would be Bruno Mars. I would pick Bruno Mars because his music is enjoyable for everyone. He is a pop sensation that everyone knows and many of his songs are played on the radio. His music is fun, and I think he could get the crowd really involved with his performance.
AryannaHHHS (Hanover, MI)
Personally I wouldn’t mind having Justin Timberlake as the halftime performer. It would be nice to see someone new do the performance, rather than Katy Perry or Beyonce, but that’s just me. If I was able to pick someone, I would want to see someone like DJ Snake or something. I love their music and how they set up their music and performances, but at the same time they could also have guest singers too like MO or Justin Bieber.
ZachL.HHHS (hanover)
I really don't know what Justin Timberlake's music sounds like. I've heard of the person before but I have never heard his music. If I could see anyone perform at the Super Bowl it would be a band like Pantera. They would have to replace their guitar player for the show because he has passed, but I think Pantera has changed music. Just seeing some rock and metal music at a big show like this would shock the world and be absolutely awesome for people that love metal or rock music.
Hayden HHHS (Mrs Jobs Classroom)
If I could see anyone perform at the halftime show it would be a mixture of three people. The three people would be Lil Yachty, ugly god, and Ice JJ Fish. These are three of my favorite rappers and they would put an an amazing halftime show. They are also well known throughout america so everyone could vibe to it.
Brandon HHHS (mi)
I think that he is a good artist but if i really had to choose someone for the super bowl performance it would be ajr they have a lot of good music and they just keep making more songs that are really good and i think that they would be a better fit for the super bowl performance
Noah HHHS (Michigan)
I have no feelings about Justin Timberlake performing the Super Bowl Halftime show. I don’t watch football as I find it quite boring and I stopped watching the Super Bowl as of two years ago. However if I could see anyone perform the Halftime show I would have to pick the British rock band Queen. I know that this is unlikely as Freddie Mercury, the band's’ lead singer, died in 1991; I would love to see the band perform the Halftime show nonetheless. Their music was exoctic for the time and whenever I listen to their music it's always a breath of fresh air.
Logan HHHS (hanover)
To be honest i think he is a very talented artist however his music is not my cup of tea. do i think this is a bad idea for him to preform, no. But as a Football fan I want there to be an artist I like. who would I want to preform at the super bowl half time show would be, Lil Dickey, Lil Yatchy, Hopsin, notice these are all rappers and for me Justin Timberlake Just doesn't have any upbeat to get the football teams fired up.
