Can you tell me why the Brooklyn apartment only pays $120 per month in taxes while a comparable condo in manhattan pays over $2000 per month in taxes - talk about inequality !

@dorit straus Probably has a tax abatement such as the old J-51. Developers usually get these, and they typically run 10 years or so. Nice as long as ithey last. Had one back in the 80s in Midtown West.

I don't know why the "cons" of the Harlem apartment say it ought to have a closet by the front door. Because unless the floor plan on the realtor's site is wrong, there's quite a large closet there, in addition to the one down the hall.
