Wow, love, love, love that Joshua house. I wonder if the owner's fave album is Joshua Tree by U2?
Ryan Bingham (Up there...)
Wow, the ocean-view house's view is worth $6 million.

a few cosmetic issues with the mendocino house, but overall, maybe the best i've ever seen in this column - especially the setting - i'd become a hermit. tremendous value

Or, a 2 bedroom apartment in SF or Cupertino.

I would take all 3. Actually surprised that the Berkeley place is only just over 1 million, considering what's going on out there in real estate. What's the catch?
The Poet McTeagle (California)
@jcornelia very small lot. 1/10 of an acre is 4,356 sq ft.
PVC (Bay Area)
@jcornelia Most homes in the bay area are priced below what the sellers expect to get. If it's priced at 1.35 in Berkeley, the sellers are probably aiming for a sale price around 1.5.

You might want to include information on the orientation of the houses in "What You Get". Sun is a critical factor for international buyers and many Americans, too. Yes, even in California.
