Love NOLA, look forward to checking it out and partaking my next swing through KMSY❤️

This airport is in great need of better food options, and this sounds like it will hit that out of the park. As a Tulane student, I fly in and out a lot- I can't wait for this to open!

Amazing woman, amazing daughters and son New Orleanians will always remember Mrs Chase with great fondness and respect. The hardest working 90 year young woman on the planet. She cared about the people of New Orleans.

A restaurant named after and the commemorating the life of an iconic African American, in an international airport named after and commemorating the life of an iconic African American. Its about time America. Its about time.

Honored to have met and cooked with Chef Leah Chase during my culinary school days in Thibodaux, LA. I loved the reference to her flagship restaurant in the movie “Ray”. I hope the airport incarnation stays true to her standards as a chef and restaurateur. With her grandson in charge, and chefs like John Folse and Michael Gullotta also on board at Louis Armstrong International, I have faith that it will. Rest In Peace, Chef.

Best wishes to the Leah Chase restaurant. It may become an attraction point for gastrotourists in search of various ethno-regional cuisines.
