Here's a graph of Arctic sea ice over the last 1,450 years, which doesn’t include the last decade. If you tried to put recent years on there it would blow off the bottom of the chart a long ways.

Scientists are invaluable to finding out more about climate change in their race to save our planet. I will be following their research closely in the coming months to see the results.

These scientists are brave, as brave as any astronaut, and their research is critical. It's a breath of fresh air to read about this expedition in view of the usual headlines about the corrupt Trump administration, as well as a rebuke to climate change deniers.

As for this expedition, take for granted that they are not only studying ice.
