A very interesting selection of dishes, definitely worth a visit. In slide 9, I would challenge the guests to dismantle the dorade with chopsticks, rather than with the traditional occidental cutlery.

@Tuvw Xyz I would challenge you to learn more about Thai culture. Thai people eat rice and other non-noodle dishes with a fork and spoon, pushing food onto the spoon with the fork.

@Tuvw Xyz In Thailand, chopsticks are only used to eat Chinese-style dishes. Although eating with the hands is the most traditional, most Thai people have eaten primarily with forks and spoons for the last several centuries. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thai_cuisine#Serving
