Where/How does the fireplace chimney vent in the Louisville home???? I am totally stumped.
Louisville . . . above the 100 year flood elevation. I wouldn't touch that home with a ten foot pole.

Re: the historic home in Lexington...stainless steel and granite in the kitchen...recessed ceiling lights...no crown moldings???? And this is supposedly "sensitive reconstruction"??? Yikes!
