In the dictionary next to the word, "Sleazy", there is a photo of the White House! trump is the worst kind of sexual predator. Rich, entitled, immoral, creepy and powerful!
He is Manhattan's version of Roy Moore!
11
I personally wonder at which point the people around him get fed up and turn on him. Imagine being Sara Sanders or any number of other people watching person after person - be it Manafort, Cohen, Papadopolous, Flynn, the list goes on and on - taking the fall for this guy. And you've got to know that at some point, just by association, you're going to need a lawyer. An expensive lawyer. And you're sticking your neck out for this guy?
Sorry, but at some point people are going to start turning on the guy, if they have any sense of self-preservation. People point to Flynn and say why did he squeal, given the implicit offer of a pardon. My guess is he just got to the point where he said to himself, I'm done playing games, time to cut my losses.
15
We have a joke for a president. I really wonder how many people really think that Trump represents American values?
12
What if these are the new American values now?
3
Trump is slowly being squeezed by the truth -- it's as relentless as an anaconda.
14
And this guy is our President.
How can people who purport to be Christian, the same faith in which most of us were raised, defend this man?
Is he born again?
Does he attend church services of any sort?
His Presidency; his support; our whole nation; is dripping with hypocrisy.
What about this pathetic excuse for a man don't we get?
We have become a nation of cowardly apologists for a guy who epitomizes bad, stupid, ignorant, behavior.
We have redefined and elevated the meaning of Tin Pot Dictator.
Gimme a break!
17
Can I sue trump for turning me into an alcoholic? Every time I see him or watch the news I need a drink to process all of the stupidity. Maybe I should switch to marijuana even though it's illegal in my state because no one cares anymore about any kind of law. Being stoned for the next 2 years seems like the way to go.
17
Trump's shakedown guy is currently unavailable to assist as usual.
9
During the campaign 2016 the rumor was these out-takes contain Trump using vile racist language. But apparently that's not what the subpoena seeks. If this subpoena is complied with (voluntarily or by dint of court order), who knows what's down the line?
13
"Ms. Zervos, a Republican..." Rosenstein, Comey, Mueller, Stormy Daniels and MacDugal. All Republicans.
I wonder what they think of their party now?
46
All his life he has been abusing, threatening and violating people, notably women. Now he's doing it to "she," this "great Nation."
31
We owe a great debt of gratitude to these women. They are not only standing up for themselves in the bravest way possible, they are standing up for this nation and our laws. Whatever you need ladies, say it and we will be there for you.
59
couldn't have happened to a different president. LOL good luck ladies. hold his feet in place right above the flame.
18
Trump is a Kamikaze President. He will not stop destroying until he is destroyed. And he will cause as much harm as he can when he finally crashes.
36
Remember when Trump floated the idea of weakening libel laws making it easier to sue those that slander you? Good lawd that man's a buffoon.
23
Donald, you got big troubles in New York State Supreme Court. Yikes!
7
Mark Burnett knows exactly what is on those tapes and I bet it's an absolute mother lode of bad behavior by Donald.
Eighteen months into this nightmare, I realize that his hard core base will just cheer more for their very own trashy grab em by the kitty moron, but he eked out that Electoral College win by 77000 votes in three states--not much margin for error.
Plus, it's always worth it to see the American Ayatollah Mike Pence squirm and pretend to adore Donald when his behavior is crude, outlandish, and reprehensible.
You go Summer.
40
This is what happens when the electoral college doesn’t do its job. We get someone who is completely unfit for the office and will be beset by these kinds of lawsuits far beyond his term as president.
60
You may not like the outcome, but the electoral college did precisely its job. It prevented the voters in 20 states — CA and NY in particular — from denying the choice of voters in 30 states. We are not a monolithic country and never have been. We are a federation of states. And since it requires a supermajority of states to change that, we always will be thus.
1
Chris,
The majority of people in this country aren't being represented.
The Electoral College is a relic of the 18th century and is also supposed to make sure the winner of the presidential election is FIT to serve. So yes, it's failed.
43
The electoral college is a relic that was designed to protect the power of slaveholding states. It's time has passed.
32
She thought she was at his Beverly Hills bungalow because she was such an astute game show contestant? Please. They were both swimming in the shallow end of that Hollywood pool.
This may or may not make her a little money. But it won’t change a single vote.
6
Just stop. She speaks for herself and her experience with Trump. It has no impact on the election, and I don’t read anything that says it will.
She deserves due process like anyone.
45
It is time for men to stop defending this corrupt, unethical example of the species. All men are diminished by the continuing male defense of this unfit self-dealing poser.
39
>it won't change a single vote<
In other words, Trump was right about his supporters when he said they wouldn't budge if he shot someone on Fifth Avenue. I personally would've been insulted if a candidate of mine ever said that. But hey, some of us Americans evidently love to be treated like garbage.
38
Summer and Stephanie - You Go! You might have a better chance of bringing down the head of this corrupt, degenerate regime than Mueller.
80
Here we go again. 0:

“No one is above the law,” Justice Jennifer Schecter of State Supreme Court in Manhattan wrote in the decision.
Hear that Trump!
99
Even I could prove Trump is a liar. Who needs a lawyer for that?
21
Courts prefer them.
7
It warms my heart to see these Women fighting Trump, and winning.
Karma is definitely female. Just saying.
79
Thank you, Justice Schecter, for stating what many in Congress have forgotten: NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. I hope Ms. Zervos wins her case and gradually recovers from feeling "raped, frightened and sad" (quote courtesy of Trump's ex-doctor, Harold Bornstein).
I just hope the United States can get over that same feeling while this person continues to occupy the White House.
54
Like many rape victims, it may take a lifetime, if ever, for this country to recover from what happened in the 2016 election.
12
Good to see Trump getting a taste of his own medicine.
33
Defamation suits may be the most effective tool against a serial liar with a history of physical and verbal abuse. Good on these brave women for standing up to the bully in the White House.
122
In any normal administration, this would be a major headline. But with Trump we now have a year's worth of news headlines in a week.
Despite all of his scandals, it would be fitting for Trump to ultimately be brought down by a woman.
Good luck to you Ms. Zervos- I hope you prevail in this case.

Trump is going to need a lot more "campaign rallies" to raise all the money for his personal defense costs. I believe the re-election campaign has admitted to spending 1 of every 4 dollars on his legal fees [or there about]- so that means it's probably is 3 of every 4 dollars. Apparently Trump donors are not discomforted in the least by the fact that their "re-election donations" are being spend to keep the incumbent out of trouble long enough to reach the election itself [in the case of Russia-money laundering-obstruction] or purely to pay for this pig's prior sexual assault and/or filthy indiscretions [everyone else].
33
Fortunately, he cannot spend campaign funds on these personal lawsuits. He will have to cough up his own money for those. Karma.
5
If he actually has any that can be found.
1
I did not realize until just now that Summer Zervos, Stormy Daniels, and Karen McDougal tell remarkably similar stories about Trump at the Beverly Hills Hotel. All three describe being invited to dinner, which all three assumed meant in dinner in one of the hotel's well known restaurants (like the polo club.) All three describe being led, instead, to a bungalow where Trump was lying in wait. That can't be a coincidence.
75
Certainly wasn't a coincidence when so many women reported almost identical encounters with a bathrobe clad Harvey Weinstein at the Beverly Hills Peninsula Hotel (and elsewhere).
7
Correct. This is a guy who operates by ensnaring women through the use of intermediaries and then paying them off if something goes awry. People who are honorable and successful do not need fixers. Only the corrupt and immoral resort to thugs who raid offices and threaten women and children by their automobiles. Someone has seen something and needs to come forward to help these women stop this jerk once and for all.

With apologies to Robert Hunter
Driving that train
High on Rogaine
Donald Trump you better
Watch your speed.
Justice is slow
But makes it on time
Starts prosecution
At quarter til nine
Runs into obstruction
At seventeen to
At a quarter to ten
You know it's traveling again
Driving that train
High on Rogaine
Donald Trump you better
Watch your speed
Trouble ahead
Trouble behind
And you know that Justice
Is at the finishing line.
Trouble ahead
A lady in red
Attorneys won't stay
When losing's in play
Bag man is sleeping
And Mueller's not through
Preparing criminal charges
Aimed directly at you.
124
What a long strange trip this has been.
39
Nice job Vanessa! Robert Hunter-Grateful Dead, Dylan, and The Godfather are a great triumvirate for referencing trump and the republicans.
