Saw this May 30th. LOVED IT. The performers are both wonderful and the show is a delight. (Yes, no show is perfect; this one is FUN and much more entertaining than this review would lead one to believe.)
It's closing in 2 weeks. See it.

We saw it in Boston, too, and found it creative, refreshing :) and fun. This review doesn't do it justice. We told the same NYC friends about it that we told about Hamilton and The Comet when they first went to NYC.

Um, Shackleton also ate his own ponies.

And his puppies.

Actually Roald Amundsen was a fine looking, stone cold, Norwegian fox.

Someday my prince will come out of the refrigerator...okay that works....

I saw this show in Boston and enjoyed it thoroughly. I found the music refreshing, and the performances both strong. I must confess I went into it thinking, "a musical abut a dead explorer" and feared I'd be gone by the start of act two. But it held me throughout, and I'm so glad I stayed. I'm thrilled to see that the show is in New York.
