This is my mom. She passed away very unexpectedly in March of this year. Thanksgiving was always a huge family celebration in my house, here she is at her happiest with a giant turkey. Today is her birthday.
What cheap relational-like DB can I use serverless for a simple web app?
Looks like a new scam coming to town so watch out!
The rampant harassment of Natalies friends and subscribers is shocking and makes their pages unusable by fans
Creation.com on out of order fossils
She certainly does look ecstatic with that giant turkey! I hope you have loads of equally great memories, as she looks like a blast :)
She threw the biggest thanksgiving parties and invited everyone, some of my fondest memories. She was the life of the party, that’s for sure.
Bless her soul. She looks so young. I hope its not rude to ask but would you be willing to share how she passed? Death is tragic no matter the age but when its someone so young and beautiful it always hits me a little harder. I am so so sorry for your loss
She was only 61 in this picture and when she passed. She stopped breathing due to complications with her blood pressure medicine shortly before I had what would have been her first granddaughter. I would give anything for my daughter to have gotten to have a relationship with her.
Here she is
61?! She looks so joyous and beautiful. What a wonderful photo and moment.💙
She would say, “It’s the Cherokee blood that keeps me lookin’ young”.
I legitimately thought you were about 13 years old, posting a pic of your 30-something year old mom. Cannot believe she was 61! She was gorgeous. 💜 I'm so sorry for your loss. 💜
Do you mind elaborating about the complications from blood pressure meds? My husband is on them, and hearing this terrifies me. 😥
Nope I’m pushing 30 and she would have been 62 today! I don’t want to deter anyone from getting one that needs to for their family member, but autopsies can be pretty gruesome. Due to his work, my father is familiar with the process. He said he couldn’t bear to do that to her body. As there was no criminal investigation surrounding her death, he was allowed to refuse the autopsy. As a result I don’t have very many details to the biological contributing factors, but I don’t need them. She’s gone and I miss her terribly. Cutting up her body wouldn’t give the answers needed. I’m sorry to hear your husband also struggles with his blood pressure, find a good doctor you both trust and check in with him regularly.
Im so sorry for your loss, She's very beautiful. Im sending your Mom a very Happy Birthday.
That's one beautiful and happy mother.
Huge hugs ❤️
What a fucking awesome picture. I’m very sorry for your loss
Cherish the time you had and carry that into the future. Thatsy unsolicited advice, I guess. My mom died two years ago about. She was recovering from lunch cancer and doing well when she had a sudden cardiac arrest. We had a rough relationship because she was an alcoholic my whole life. I wish it had been different but now she's gone I remember the nice things every now and then. I wish I had when she was alive.
My grandparents are like my good or real parents. They both passed away in the last year. It's painful but they were old and had full lives.
My dad and I also have a rough relationship because he's a narcissist through and through. I extended an olive branch to him to come visit me and stay for a week and have Thanksgiving at my girlfriend's house. He was going to come and then cancelled at the last minute due to weather. He could've got a plane ticket or figured something out but he obviously didn't want to come else he would have offered an alternative solution, or said he'd come out for Christmas instead.
I guess in the three relationships I've described, my best advice is to celebrate the good and live for tomorrow. She wouldn't want you to be sad, but to celebrate the good you had together, and for you to carry that over to your relationship with your own daughter.
I can see so much of her personality in this picture. She was clearly a special lady.
I'm so sorry for your loss😔 Ur mom is stunningly beautiful. May she rest in peace God bless you and your family 🙏💜
Your mother is with you always 💕
I feel yah. I'm 29, my mom also passed suddenly in March. She would have been 60 in April. I'm home alone this year for thanksgiving, since my family is quite far. But everyday gets a little easier. I wish you the best of luck :)
Well, if you're anywhere close to Columbus ohio for Thanksgiving, you can stop on by my house!
She’s beautiful. Looks like a really fun Mum.
Thank you. She was easily the most fun person I’ve ever met. I could hardly ever keep up with her!
Thanksgiving was my father's favorite holiday, so this time of year is always bittersweet. Since he passed I go all out on Thanksgiving and try to do him proud. He loved to cook and passed that on to me!
Sending you my love this holiday season ❤️
Thank you, it’s hitting really hard.
i'm sure she had many happy birthdays that fell on Thanksgiving. i'm sorry for your loss. take care, friend
She did! My brother’s birthday is the 17th, not to mention mine is three days after Christmas as well! So the holidays were always one really massive party! I know she would want to keep the festivities going but I’m not sure how to throw the party without her.
She was beautiful. Sorry for your loss.
Such a great picture. I love it. She looks like she’d be the life of the party!! Condolences to you and your family. I hope good memories help you get thru this first thanksgiving without her.
Sending your family hugs!
She looks so happy.

She looks like she was fun to around, so full of life. Any memories of her that you'd like to share? Also, I lost my mum 2 years ago. It might not seem like it, but things get better with time and you learn to make peace with a loss this tremendous
She looks so lovely 💛
If you don’t mind, what kind of complication did she have with her meds? She was gorgeous and didn’t look a day pass 45.
I know it can be hard, but don't hesitate to continue sharing good memories with your friends and family! It is the only way to keep a loved one alive :).

Wow, what a beautiful lady, and she seems to have a fun sense of humor, too! She reminds me of Diane Lane.

I didn’t know what “died unexpectedly” meant until I lost a once-close friend and stumbled onto his obituary on the net. Sorry for your loss
Sorry for your loss, she looks like she had a room grabbing personality.

This subreddit sure has changed
Changed from spooky, last images to a therapeutic subreddit for people to post their loved ones. I don’t mind.
