Memphis offers Elliott Gray (91)
Kremer. Gitlis. Kreisler. Oistrakh. Gray.
For of those names, I'm sure you're familiar with. Well, actually, I'd bet you recognize the last one also, but the first four - as you know - are renowned violinists. Masters of their craft, and inspirations for generations well beyond their years, these are musicians who have paved the way for young bucks like yourself to strum away at one of the most sonically smoothing instruments known to man.
I'll be honest with you - the extent to my knowledge about violins doesn't extend much beyond the fact that I can pick it out playing in the background of Eleanor Rigby and Viva La Vida. Fortunately for you though, I'm only going to be your basketball coach and not the one of the professors you'll have throughout your four years of college at the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music at the University of Memphis!
With nearly 30 bachelor's, graduate, and doctorate level degrees in the faculty of music, pursuing an education at Memphis is a decision you won't regret. With state of the art facilities and an a low student-teacher ratio, we can not only provide you with an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable learning environment, but one where you'll have the hands-on training and access to resources unlike any other school in the country.
But developing your skills on the fiddle isn't all about what you learn in the classroom. Success in music, like only a select few other disciplines at the post secondary level, is largely a product of your own creativity, passion, and dedication. You can pick up tips and read a textbook all you want, but ultimately, you need an environment where you can cultivate your talents, expand your horizons, and connect with music on a level that goes beyond sitting in the library and cramming for your choral midterm on Thursday.
I might not know a whole lot about music, but I do know this - there is no better state to study music in than Tennessee, and there is no better city to learn about music in than Memphis - the birthplace of rock n' roll. Nationwide, Memphis is synonymous with music, and quite frankly - that's the way it's always been. From Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley, to Lucy Hale and Justin Timberlake, Memphis is an incredible producer of some of the world's most famous musicians, and it's no surprise given the resources and influence music has throughout this city.
Stax Museum of American Soul Museum. Sun Studio. Graceland. Memphis Rock N' Soul Museum. Memphis Music Hall of Fame. I could keep on going for a while, but I think you get the idea. Memphis lives and breathes music, and by living in a city that shares that same passion for music that you do, there is no question that feel at home studying and playing here.
Now, I know the music scene here is pretty awesome, and I really hope it's enough to convince you to come study here on it's own. Regardless of whether or not that is the case, lets not forget about the other half of the equation - basketball. My staff and I are extremely excited to be able to offer you a walk-on position to come join us this fall. We see you as a major contributor for us several years down the line, and would love to help you maximize your potential while providing you with the opportunity to do what you love off the court as well.
Although Memphis is far from close to your home in California, we do think we do as good a job as any non-western U.S. school in recruiting from the area, as evidence by the fact that we've had at least one Californian on the roster for five straight seasons. This coming fall, Louis Wiley of Norwalk returns for his junior season, and we're hoping to convince 5-star freshman, Rafa Kilgore, to join the crew. Should we land all our targets, you'll have two teammates from your home state to play alongside, which I hope - will at least give you a little taste of home while you're away from home.
I think it's also worth noting that Memphis has a strong history when it comes to helping underrated players, like yourself, reach the pros. Two of the most influential players in Memphis basketball history - Steven Amato and Mario Campbell - we both walk-on four stars who thrived at Memphis before making the leap to the pros. Amato (a big man) actually went pro after only two years at Memphis, and is now a 4-time All-NBL Defensive player. Mario, on the other hand, has helped us reach three Final Fours during his years at Memphis, and has a National Championship ring to show for his efforts. By coming to a school and playing for a coaching staff who has helped over 30 young men fulfill their desires of reaching the NBL (including 17 of which who were first round picks), you can rest assured that you'll be in an optimal position to get their yourself when the opportunity presents itself.
The last thing I'd like to touch on today, Elliott, is winning. At the U of M, we plan on doing plenty of that, and if our history is any indication, you'll be a part of some of the winningest teams in the country. Okay, let's assume you're going to be in college for four years. It could be more, could be less, but for the sake of this experiment, let's roll with four. Now, in every season since 2020, Memphis has won at least 27 games, meaning we've only lost, at the very most, 3 games per season. Let's say - worst case scenario - we perform below expectations and lose 3 games per year throughout your stay here. Essentially what I'm saying is, you'd lose 12 games at Memphis in four years. Last season alone, 45 teams in the NCBCA lost 12 or more games. No 4-year Memphis Tiger has lost that many in their entire career since 2020.
We don't just get it done in the regular season, though. Memphis leads the MWC in titles with 5, has appeared in four Final Fours since 2021, and are one of only three schools in the association to have won two National Championships. Our league-best 91 prestige ranking helps back up our blueblood status in the NCBCA, and our six seasons placing in the top-5 around the league in terms of prestige provides evidence that we're poised to remain a premier program in this league for many years to come.
Thanks for taking the time to consider our offer, Elliott. I'd love to see you on campus this fall.
Cheers,
Nebraska offers Elliott Gray (91)

Walk-on
How are you doing Clarence? I want to extend the offer for you to come play your college career here at Hawaii, as I believe you would be a very special player in our system. You are a jack of all trades type of player, which I absolutely love. I've worked with countless players like yourself before, and I've help get them the chance to make it into the NBL and I believe I can do the same for you. It will require work, but if you put in enough I believe I can help you achieve your dream.
We're also set up perfectly to win this upcoming season here at Hawaii. In our two years in the NCBCA we've never had a losing season, and this season looks to be the knockout season where we finally reach the national tournament. With players such as Gary Guevara, Kevin Butler, Alfred Smith, and Scott Younger all ready to make massive leaps this offseason, the possibilities are endless as to what Hawaii can achieve next year.
MSU offers Clarence Kidd
School Visit
Here at MSU, you would have a chance to play for a top basketball program and would get solid playing time. I have sent 20 players to the NBL, have never missed an NT, have won 3 CT's and more.
Immediately, you would be coming off the bench in a limited role. But as we helped you develop, you would become more talented and see a bigger role, to the point where you could possibly start as a junior or senior.
Campus Life
MSU has the fourth largest campus. Also, according to Niche, we are top 20 in student life and partying. If you were to take your talents to East Lansing, you would have a great time.

Greetings Brett! My name is Kobe8143, who is the current HC of the Nebraska CornHuskers. My scout team has been watching some of your HS/AAU games and we have been extremely impressed with the way you play. We have decided to take you for a walk on to Nebraska, but you will have a chance to meet me and have a tour around campus. Now let’s not waste much time and let’s get into it, shall we?
It has come to my understanding that you want to be close to your family. Why obviously Omaha is about an hour drive to Nebraska. This is the most local college you could get, so you could easily see your family every day Brett! In fact, to every home game, I am going to make sure they could get free tickets. Now you could have more support in the game and is just going to make you better. Nebraska is the most local college to you, Brett.
Another one of your major vales is going pro. In order to go pro, you need minutes. Why minutes are not something that is just given. You have to work hard in order to earn minutes in Nebraska. So this is what I am going to promise you. I promise you will get a decent amount of minutes as a role player, but once Mickey Simms leaves who is our starting PG, you will take his place as long as you don’t regress and work hard in offseasons. Going pro is again, you need to have good stats and help us win games, then you will be noticed and you will see your name on the mock draft. Like, I helped one of the lowest 4 stars in the nation go pro as an early second-round pick, now he is a key role player for the 76ers. I recruited him and helped him develop into the player he is today. You are a low 4 star and I think I can do the same for you. That is one of my key promises to you Brett.
You want a school that has a good campus life, well guess what? Nebraska isn’t so bad! Before we go over some cool stuff on our campus, let’s go over the ratings of our campus. Niche.com, which is the most trusted website for campus life, rated us a B+, which is a pretty good ranking. 72% of our students say our dorm quality is great and 65% of students say the dorms social atmosphere is great. Not bad but of course we could always have better opinions from students in the future. Let’s talk about some important/cool stuff in Nebraska. First off, we have one of the cleanest/amazing locker rooms in the US. You are gonna love just how our locker rooms are made. We have tons of TV’s, coaches, ping pong table, and it is a locker room that could fit 70+ people. Basically, our locker room is a place someone could live in, that’s how some people think of it. Another cool thing is Haymarket Park, which is half a mile away from our campus. It is known for baseball and it has a record for some of the most sold out games ever. Same with out Memioral Staidum, our football stadium basically, which also has a record for some of the most sold out arenas ever. Do you want healthy food? Niche has given us a report of A- in how we make our food. I think this is another good thing for you because this is gonna help you with the games and help you develop better. We also never give students fried chicken, we give them well done grilled chicken with lots of veggies. We are only known for healthy food and our students find it amazing. I think our campus is amazing Brett and we both know that it is!
You want a really prestigious school. Well, Nebraska just went 20-10 and our prestige has gone up well. We may not be so prestigious right now, but in the future, we will be top 30, I promise you that. The only reason why our prestige isn’t so good right now is that our previous coach kmultipliedbyk did not recruit at all for his program and got fired. Now, I am going to be recruiting plenty and we will win many games, and as a result of that our prestige will be good.
You somewhat want a good education. Nebraska isn’t the best, as we are T56 in education according to US News. But we have many good majors like MS in Agricultural & Biological Systems Engineering, MAE, MS in Architectural Engineering, MS in Chemical Engineering, and MS in Civil Engineering. I promise you will have at least a quality education at Nebraska.
My loyalty is in Tier 3 currently and about to enter Tier 4. My loyalty used to be at Tier 0 a couple years ago, now look where I am at. I improved my loyalty by signing big contracts and keeping promises with my players. I think I have lots of potential going forward onto my coaching career and I will be a very loyal coach soon. I think I am very loyal to this program to and the fans respect me.
Welcome to Nebraska Brett. I hope you come to Nebraska and play for an amazing program. I think you are very underrated as a player, also stay tuned as we might offer you a scholarship to attend!
Go Cornhuskers!

Greetings Nicholas! It’s a honor to be here with you and I just can’t wait to see you in Nebraska by next season. Let’s not waste much time and get into it, shall we?
You might not see much playing time on the court by your freshman year, but once some players graduate you will have a quality role on this team. You seem like a player who could fit in with any team to be honest.
It will be worth coming to Nebraska despite how far NY to Nebraska is.
Reasons why:
I think Nebraska is 100% he right choice for you Nicholas.
Rest of pitch incoming possibly.
MSU offers Nicholas Bills
Here at MSU, I can offer you the a good campus life, great pro potential, a winning culture, and decent playing time.
Pro Potential MSU has sent 14 players to the NBL during the NCBCA era. As a coach, I have sent 22 players to the NBL, including many lottery picks and stars such as Josh Jackson, Miles Bridges, Brian Bowen, and Lamelo Ball. If you want a chance to go pro, my staff and I will develop you and make your draft stock rise quickly.
Winning I have a top 5 win percentage of active coaches. As a coach, I have brought in multiple top 10 recruiting classes, have never missed an NT, have won 3 CT's, and have made a Final Four. As a school, MSU has 8 Final Fours, is one of the best teams in the Big North, and has had legends such as Magic Johnson and Mateen Cleaves. If you were to come to MSU, you would be able to win a lot of games.
Playing Time
Immediately, you would be coming off the bench in a limited role. But as we helped you develop, you would become more talented and see a bigger role, to the point where you could possibly start as a junior or senior.

How are you doing Glenn? My name is Walter and I'd like to offer you the chance to come play your basketball career here at Hawaii. I've specialized in players such as yourself, and my track record proves it. I've taken players like yourself multiple times before and gotten them a shot at making the NBL, or at least showing off their talent to possible scouts while still in college. I promise I'll never leave while you're here at Hawaii, as I'm dedicated to them. I'm a loyal coach Glenn, and when I make a promise I always intend to keep it. Our campus life is also second to none, as it is freaking Hawaii. You can sit in class and 30 seconds later be on the beach, or out on the ocean enjoying the water.

~nope!~
Hello Glenn!
We're stoked to offer you a spot on the basketball team for next year.
I'm excited to get in touch with you today because I'm feeling high as a kite right now. I just put ink on paper for a contract extending me through 2031, and I'm excited to continue my career as the HurriCoach. The NCBCA has an arbitrary loyalty ranking, and though I'm doing everything I can to improve mine, I wanted to sign a contract to prove to everyone that I have something tangible to show that I'm committed to the program. I will be your coach throughout your Miami career and that's that.
Let's talk pro ball. Even though you're a low ranking recruit right now, you've got a ton of potential, and if you work hard, we can get you there. Miami has put seven players in the pros over the last two years, and our guys get paid special attention by the NBL. If you come here and succeed, it'll be more impressive than going to another less-established school.
Miami is ranked 12th in the country in prestige, and the team has been on a steady upward trend. We're looking to make the leap into the top ten this season, and regardless, Miami is a team that has become a perennial contender on the national and conference levels. You'll also win a ton if you come to Miami, and that's super fun.
And of course, the campus is gorgeous. Amazing academic buildings that overlook a giant manmade lake, access to a national park, tons of beaches, nightclubs, one of the most diverse populations in America -- Miami is a completely unique city and college experience. Come check it out!
xoxo,

Coach Visit
How are you doing Samuel? My name is Walter, and I'd like to offer you the chance to play down here in Hawaii for your college career. I'm a loyal coach Samuel, and I'm gonna be here at Hawaii for the long run. I believe in this team and that we can reach greatness, and I believe you could become a key part in doing so.
I know you also want to one day make it into the pros. I believe my track record speaks for itself, as I've gotten players like yourself into the NBL before, such as 90th ranked Jonathan Hamilton, 98th ranked Kent Snow, and countless more like Whitney Peralta or Jalen Lecque. I've proven that I can get lower ranked players into the NBL, and if you're willing to put in the work I believe I can help you get there as well.
Playing time wise, you will get minutes and you will likely transition into a key role off the bench throughout your college career. Given your unique skill set, you're too talented to keep off the floor. It's not a question as to if you play, it's how many minutes you'll get.
We're all about making sure our students and student athletes are able to get the most out of their education. Our Schools of Business, Education, Engineering, Law, and Nursing are all top of the line and provide students with everything they need to graduate with the knowledge needed to have a successful career in their field of study. We also have a massive catalog of classes available online to students and student athletes.. You can take anything online from Public Relations and Hawaiian Foods and Drinks, all the way to more difficult classes such as advanced calculus or physics. Almost all our classes are available online, which means even if you're at an away game you'll be able to fully access your education.
Here at Hawaii there's an almost unlimited amount of things you can do both on and off campus, if you so desire it. There's over 200 student-ran clubs available to students, as well as dozens more than by teachers and faculty. The student body itself is an almost 60/40 makeup of women to men on campus, and our crime rates are well below average compared to the average college. An average of 50 crimes are reported per 10,000 students at universities across the US, but here at Hawaii we only have an average of 33. We're all about making sure out students feel safe and secure while both on and off campus.

Walk-on Rescinded Just kidding! we're back
Hi Samuel,
I'm elated to offer you a spot on the Miami Hurricanes next season.
Our primary draw for you is, of course, the proximity to home. Miami is within driving distance of Orange City, and we have a lot of kids from the greater Orlando area on our roster, including Rodolfo Chin and Thomas Perez, as well as newly signed recruits Malcom Griffin and Greg Somerville. We have no doubt you'll feel right at home in Miami, and you'll be close enough to home for regular visits.
We also offer one of the best educational experiences in the NCBCA, at #17. Combined with a small enrollment size, you'll have immediate access to some of the best academic programs in the nation. I've also signed a contract extension and I personally promise that I will be your coach throughout your time at Miami.
Thanks for your time, and hope to see you at practice in the fall.

Alex, I wanted to let you know that you have the potential to be one of the best frontcourt players in the country with the right opportunity. Louisville is that opportunity for you. Pro potential was considered a major priority for you. Well, Louisville has produced the 8th most NBL draftees in the NCBCA. You can join this group after a couple of years at UofL. Another one of you priorities was playing time. At Louisville, you will start every game throughout your freshman season. You will be one of the most important players on the team, and you will be able to grow and develop on the court. UofL is also one of the most prestigious basketball programs in the country. You can join our championship lineage and you will be able to bring us back to our former highs. As a new coach, bringing in the right people to win is my first priority. I believe you have the work ethic and skills to build a championship team here Louisville. Go Cards!
Boston College offers Alex Anderson (104) Walk on
Hey Alex, we’d love to have you come right down the street and play for us here in Chestnut Hill at Boston College.
Pro Potential: 5 Our program is renowned for training big players to the best of their abilities. Here at Boston College, you’ll find that our coaches know exactly how to mold you into the best player you can possibly be. I’ve personally had some success with Jeremy Funderberg and Kendrick McLean, but your biggest idol can perhaps be NBL Championship winner and DPOY, Kofi Cockburn, whom we hope to model you after. We are also within 300 miles of six different NBL teams (Toronto, Philly, NYK, NYN, Boston) giving you the ideal opportunity to showcase your talent in the strongest and most competitive conference: the ACC.
Playing Time: 5 One thing Boston College is about to have in spades is playing time. Six of our seniors are graduating this year, so after a year of shadowing, you’ll have the opportunity to jump right into the starting lineup. If you work hard and do the most with your natural ability, I’d expect to see you starting next year, and playing a major part of this team.
Winning: 4
25-5, top in the ACC. 22-8, top in the ACC North, defeated all but one Natty Champ in OOC play. 23-7 with freshmen. This is a hugely winning team in an extremely strong conference, so these wins don’t mean nothing like in some divisions cough SEC cough
Prestige: 3
Boston College is a team that is quickly getting to the top. Our strong team is dominating the conference and we’re going to keep fighting for those rankings until we’re the best in the country. A 25-5 record last season is just the beginning, as we move towards a new, highly anticipated season.
Campus Life: 3
Boston College has over 200 student clubs, a TV studio, radio station, two newspapers, and 15000 students. Our campus is on the National Register of Historic Places (i.e. gorgeous), and we’re nestled in one of the most vibrant communities in the world: Boston, which has parks (Boston Common, Public Garden, Kennedy Greenway), Coffee Shops (Pavement, Revel), Clubs (Venu, Icon), and championship teams in every major sport.
Location: 2
We’re just over an hour’s drive away. ‘Nuff said.
Loyalty: 2
Tier five in Loyalty, never cut a player, never left a school.

We won three national championships in the pre-tournament era. We’ve had legends like Kevin McHale. Let’s reclaim that prestigious history. Let’s reawaken the North and start competing. You can be part of that history stretching all the way back into the early days of college basketball and extending towards the future that our great state and our program can reach. I will not leave Georgia. I just signed a contract with them, and as long as you're on my team i'll be your coach. I will bring Georgia up to the top, and you'll help. And for Prestige, i know it's not very high right now, but if we keep going at the pace we're going we'll go higher and higher with prestige, and you'll help us. We won 17 games last year, which might not be that much compared to others but we're on the rise. You'll get quality playing time here at Hawaii Charles, and in the future you'll likely become a key player in our team and maybe even start depending on how you develop in practice. You will get prominent playing time here at Hawaii in your career here. While our prestige right now might not be much, we will improve it this year with this team. We're only 2 years into the NCBCA era here at Hawaii since we joined, we I intend to make sure our prestige becomes one of the better ones in the nation by the end of your career.

How's everthing going Charles, hope your recruiting is going down the way you want it, because we are happy to tell you that we would be offering you a walk-on spot here at the University of Kentucky. With the team we have right now we would be contending for a National Championship this season, ranked 20th in returning talent (We only lost one person this year, Kamari Lands, who got selected in the NBL draft.)
Yeah we're not that close but we're your closest option in terms of distance to New Jersey. Just being a couple of states away. Kentucky is one of the most prestigious schools in the NCBCA tied for 10th place with Texas. This program has so much history. Making the National Tournament many times, and during my tenure here I have made the Elite Eight twice and won the Conference Title last season and I plan on winning more.
Coming here, you would be receiving minutes from day one as a rotational play because of you excellent shooting ability I feel that we could train you into becoming a future starter for us as well! With experience and practice you could become an excellent player. Kentucky also has a great campus life, you'll be able to enjoy the resteraunts and activities here on the campus, it's even more fun every year during march madness.
With great college basketball comes great academics, ranking 59th in education, We offer around 90 undergraduate programs, nearly 100 masters programs and 66 doctoral programs. I'm sure you'll be able to find a major that fits your interests.
Hope to see you in the blue and white this season!

Coaching Visit (3/3)
Hi Eric. I’m the head coach of Boston College, and I’d love to offer you the chance to play for the Golden Eagles here in Chestnut Hill.
Location: 4 I know we’re not exactly down the street - we’re a little further than the flight from Sacramento, CA to Eugene, OR - but we’re not as far as you think we are either. Boston College benefits from being right next to one of the largest airports in the country, and so there’s a direct flight from Saint Louis right to Logan Airport two times a day. Round trip, it’s at around $200, which means your parents are going to be able to see you lift the ACC trophy and maybe even the Natty right from our home court.
Playing Time: 3 The one thing Boston College is about to have in spades? Playing time. After a year of learning the ropes and getting used to training, coaching, and tactics here in Chestnut Hill, you’ll be a much more mature player, ready to take the reins from our six seniors leaving at the end of the season. We play a center-focused five man play, so you’ll see tons of court minutes, giving you the opportunity to grow.
Winning: 3
25-5, top in the ACC. 22-8, only one OOC loss to a national champion. 23-7 with only freshmen. We’re hunting for our third consecutive ACC North #1 seed, and have demonstrated that we’re a team that loves to win. Last season we only lost one game in conference, and I hope we can do that again this season.
Loyalty: 5
I’m at the point where I pretty much have a lifetime contract with Boston College. I’ll be here the second you step onto the court until the second you leave, giving me one of the highest loyalty ratings in the country. Not only that, but I’ve never cut a player, walk-on or scholarship. I give my players the full opportunity to reach their potential, and I keep my promises. Finally, the squad has a big sense of togetherness which you won’t find elsewhere. We have six seniors playing together right now, demonstrating the pull they have towards their team. Loyalty is what we do here.
Prestige: 2
After starting as one of the worst programs in the NCBCA, we’ve vaulted into the top 25 and have the momentum to continue all the way to the top. This is a team that will not stop playing hard and fighting for every win on the court, and that gives us the prestige this program deserves. We’re a big team that’s growing to boot.
Campus Life: 4
This is one of the most vibrant campuses in one of the best college towns in the world. 200 000 students live in Boston, and 15 000 live and study here at Boston College. We have 200 clubs, including a television and radio station, two newspapers and the oldest literary journal in the country. Our sports teams win, and have the support of our students; we’ve taken the Beanpot more times than anyone else, we have National Champions in Lacrosse, and our football team isn’t horrible either. Not only that, but Boston has major teams in every major sport as well, giving you plenty of opportunity to go to professional games. We have a collection of parks (Common, Public Garden, Kennedy Greenway), coffee shops (Render, Pavement), bookstores (Grolier, Brattle), clubs (Icon, Venu, Paradise Rock Club) to the point where you will never tire of this city.
We all hope to see you next season in maroon and gold!

Dear Mr. Donaldson,
Oregon State is a great choice for you! You want to stay home for college. Corvallis is only about a 15 hour drive from Montclair. It's not right down the street, but it's just a straight drive up the coast. You'll be familiar with the area, and it won't be too hard for your family and friends to watch you play. We're in the same division as many California teams, after all.
Now, Oregon State doesn't have a lot of historical success. We haven't made the NT since 2020. But, you can help change that. Our team is young, and we're 36th in returning talent next season. You can help get us over that hump into the NT. Playing on a winning team, especially won that hasn't won a lot in the past, is a lot of fun. In addition, when a team that doesn't have a lot of historical success, experiences some, a spotlight is placed on the team. The media looks for the contributors to this newfound success. Since you would play a key role, part of the spotlight would be on you. This would help your draft stock, and developing along with the rest of the team will help you get to NBL level.
Other schools might make you redshirt a year. Not us. We need contributors, and you will be a big one. You won't be relegated to a deep bench position your first year, or even redshirted, but will instead play a major role. There won't be any waiting around a while to see the floor, you will play immediately.
Come to Oregon State, Mr. Donaldson, and help us build something. We're developing a successful program, and you will play a major role in taking the next step. You'll fall in love with the campus and town immediately, and enjoy playing basketball while at the same time receiving a quality education.
Thank you for your time

Nicolas, I’ve seen you coming up here in Minnesota and you have a lot of potential. I’m new to the college level, but I’ve come up in the high school ranks here in Minnesota. I want to keep the talent that we have in Minnesota in our state. I see in you a point guard who can come in a start right from the beginning from there it’s up to you to make. I know you see yourself in the NBL one day. As a starter at Minnesota, in the same city as the Timberwolves, you will have the opportunity to talk with some of those guys and I want to bring them in to talk to the team this year. You can learn what it takes to get to that level, but you’ll have to earn it. In Minnesota, you’ll have the chance to earn a starting spot and prove yourself and I believe you can do it Nicolas. Nicolas, stay in state. Become a Golden Gopher

The University of Wisconsin-Madison is a campus like no other. Much like a home for most, we offer the best possible experience for those willing to learn. We love developing players into the best they possibly can be while also offering one of the best campus experiences one could possibly have. Nick, you have the chance to be apart of your next opportunity at getting to partake in a unique experience after your high school days in Duluth. With Wisconsin having players all around the United States, including 2 from Florida, 2 from Arizona, as well as another from Georgia in past years, they chose to play here despite the marquee cold that comes with living in Wisconsin. We do not just want to be your Alma mater, we want Wisconsin to be your second home. We want you to feel as welcome as possible while also having the tremendous opportunity to be a leading member of this up and coming squad. Why not take a road down the possibilities we offer here? Wisconsin has had enormous success in turning Minnesotan players into Wisconsin legends. Picture names such as 2027 early entree Johnny Gage, former 5 star Kevin Stevenson, as well as 2 time All-American Claude Hansen. We have practically made Minnesota into a pipeline for Madison by helping them become the stars they aim out to be. A strive to succeed, a willingness to come to a program and lift it off the ground, and a chance to become one of the best ever. Franklin White and Claude Hansen became the focal point of this team for the last 4 years and have always shown to be the best to ever do it in a Badger uniform. But this year is different, they are onto the big leagues and we plan on bringing in the next big talent.
We can talk all day about the players who have gone through here. We can talk about all 13 who have gone into this league. But lets get that with players that have gone through the program closer to now than historically. In just this past season, our second best in program history, we achieved 24 wins off the backs of 2-time All-American Claude Hansen, one of the best players in NCBCA history Franklin White, as well as early declaree Johnny Gage. This three-headed monster helped propel us as well as I to my first tourney win in my coaching tenure. They are just one of many Wisconsin success stories to come out of this program over the years, and you can be the next one. With you being our future leader of the program as well as a guarantee lottery pick, we can easily make you into the player you hope to be. What I hope to bring Wisconsin in my tenure here is to continue this winning culture and to utilize that to bring us to more national tournaments and contend for a national title as well.
My overall gameplan that I have built off of success at Kansas as well as here is providing great players such as you to run the offense as well as provide scoring support when necessary. You can see off my success with Michael Tuck and John McConnell who both came in the same class and both had huge production their freshmen seasons. Another being Claude Hansen who immediately came into the scene and became our starting point in his freshman year as well as Wisconsin.
Do you want to be the next marquee Minnesotan player to become a star here in Madison? Be the next line of amazing talent and commit to the University of Wisconsin-Madison! Go Badgers!

Harry, you are a young guy and a late bloomer. In high school, you could dominate on your athleticism alone. A lot of the other coaches see that potential you have, but not many will let you get run right from the start. I want you to immediately be a heavy part of our rotation. You’ll be getting 20 minutes or so a game right from the start. You’ll get a chance to make your own path with the other recruits I have coming in. The University of Minnesota has a vibrant campus life as well. Right in the heart of downtown, there’s a multitude of options for you to experience and the student body always has fun events planned. No other school will give you the chance to play heavy minutes and learn as you go like Minnesota will. Come be a Golden Gopher, Harry, you won’t regret it.

Dear Harry,
It is my absolute pleasure to offer you a full basketball scholarship to the University of North Carolina for the upcoming academic year. We see you as an essential part of this year’s recruiting class and are sure that you’ll be one of our core players for year to come.
Let’s not mince words here, Harry. We’ve come to see you play. We’ve interviewed you. We’ve showed you around campus. We know you Harry. And we know what your priorities are.
Playing Time. We know your priority is getting the opportunity to play as soon as possible. And Harry, let me tell you, you can count on two fingers how many guards we have on next year’s roster. One is a hybrid guard/forward, meaning we have one pure guard on our team as of now. Harry, you’re a raw player, and I’m sure some will offer you a scholarship contingent on your redshirting your freshman year. But Harry, we’re not one of those schools. We need guard help now, and you can be the guy to bring it.
I’ll be honest with you Harry. If you sign on at North Carolina, you probably won’t be a starter on next year’s team. But I can guarantee that you will receive meaningful minutes off the bench. Too often we see “high ceiling” players like you fail to develop because they can’t get on the floor. Signing on here will mean that isn’t a problem, but be warned, if you choose a team with a deeper guard pool, you’ll probably be doing nothing but riding the pine.
And when you do sign on here, you’ll be choosing to play for one of the most prestigious programs in the history of College Basketball. Now, some might argue that we’ve fallen off in terms of prestige and are no longer a member of College ball’s “blue bloods,” but we know better Harry. Prestige is something that transcends time. We may have had a losing season last year, but that doesn’t take away our 7 National Championships, nor our 3 Naismith Award Winners or our 18 ACC Tournament titles. Most importantly, our recent slip up hasn’t taken away our fanbase, the very best in the country.
Harry, Chapel Hill lives and breathes college hoops. You’ll be playing in front of 20,000 rabid Tar Heel fans every night in one of the College Basketball’s storied venues: The Dean Dome. In fact, College Basketball is a big part of our campus life here in Chapel Hill.
Harry, you’ve been on a school visit here, so I don’t have to dote too much on how beautiful the campus is or how great Franklin street is. You’ve experienced it first hand. What you haven’t experienced yet, Harry, is the basketball player treatment on campus. Even the walkons are superstars here. You’ll be adored by the student body, and won’t have any problems making friends or finding parties to attend here on campus. There are many prestigious basketball schools in this country, Harry, but if you choose to attend a school like Memphis, Connecticut, or really any college outside of North Carolina, you won’t find yourself the star of campus life. That’s unique to the state of North Carolina and to the city of Chapel Hill.
Of course, hanging out and partying aren’t the only two things you’ll be doing on campus. You’ll also be studying of course, and there are few places in the world that can offer you the access to world class education we can. U.S. News has us as the 13th best university academically in the NCBCA, and the 4th best in the ACC, the nation’s top academic conference. We offer 77 bachelor’s degrees spread throughout 60 departments, so we have your academic interests covered and moreso. Carolina students are renowned for their post-graduate success in fields like Business, Law, and Medicine, so if you sour away from your NBL dream, we have you covered.
And let’s talk about the NBL for a second. I’m sure you’ve heard the names Dennis Smith Jr., Harry Giles, and Kevin Knox before. Of course you have, they’re NBL superstars and pop culture icons. You probably grew up watching these guys tear up the NBL. And of course, they’re all Carolina graduates, and 3 of 9 lottery selections from Carolina in the last 12 years. Our program has sent 22 players to the NBL since 2016, good for 6th in the NACBL. If that doesn’t speak to a successful pro pedigree, I don’t know what does.
Harry, I’m sure you are aware that this is my first year as head coach of the Heels, and I am here to assure you that I am a man of my word. I’m committed to being head coach that brings this program back to its former glory. We are convinced you can play a big part in that transformation. So what are you waiting for?
We look forward to seeing you on campus. And remember, it’s always a good day to a tar heel!

Clemson University offers (74) H. Donaldson
Scholarship
School Visit(2/5)
Coach Visit (3/3)
Dear Harry,
How are you? I'm SoulDra6, the new Coach for the Clemson Tigers, and I am delighted to offer you a scholarship to play here next Fall. I cannot tell you how excited our new coaching staff is at the possibility of recruiting a player of your potential. The system that I plan to implement needs players of your exact mold; long, agile shooters who know how to handle and distribute the rock. I believe that your game has a lot of untapped potential, but I'm fully confident that you will eventually become the superstar who leads Clemson University back to national prominence. Since that's the case, I'd like to use this space to tell you several reasons why I think you'd be a fantastic fit for our program.
The first thing that I’d like to showcase is the fantastic education that Clemson University provides for its student-athletes. We have been ranked 31st out of 80 eligible universities in the NCBCA’s “Education Rankings,” but that doesn’t even come close to telling the whole story. We offer more than 80 undergraduate programs to choose from and even offer the opportunity to create your own major with supervision from a faculty advisor. Clemson also has one of the most prestigious (and effective) Career Services programs in the entire nation; the Princeton Review ranked our Career Services center first and our list of available internship opportunities tenth in the nation. We fully prepare our student-athletes for the next level, both on and off the court. Our impressive list of notable alumni includes Houston Texans owner Jamey Rootes, serial investor Mohnish Pabrai, U.N Representative Nikki Haley, and country-music superstar Lee Brice. You can never dream too big while you’re a student at Clemson University.
Another factor that I know is especially important to you is the social environment here on campus. Clemson is one of the most beautiful places in the world. We are comfortably surrounded by beautiful mountains, three different lakes, and are a three-hour drive to Charleston, one of the nicest cities in the United States. The Princeton Review calls us one of the “Ten Happiest Schools” in the U.S and also says that we rank #5 in “Town-Gown Relations.” In the short time that I have been here, nearly every student has expressed his or her love for the school and hope that I make the Basketball program even another reason to love it here. And make no mistake- Clemson University fully embraces its “Sports School” label. Nearly every credible college ranking lists our student body as one of the best at packing stadiums for every sporting event. The students, faculty, and alumni all love the Basketball team and want to see it succeed. As one of the stars of our resurging program, you will be treated like a hero on campus.
Still, we need to get to what’s really important: the Basketball itself. You are built to succeed at Clemson. I know that playing time is the most important factor to you when choosing a school; I promise that you will be a starter on Day 1. I want you to be a star in the NCBCA and stars need to play 30+ minutes a game. As I previously mentioned, I believe that you have superstar potential and that's something that will only manifest itself with time on the court.
That brings us to your skillset and how you will showcase your talent while at Clemson. My plan is for the team to be constructed around shooters like you. Our two returning big men- Earl Hensley and Bryan Castro- are tall, powerful rebounders who are also skilled in Pick-and-Roll situations. I also plan on making strong pitches to premier frontcourt players like Glenn Burgess and Peter Ledger; I'm sure that you recognize them from your time on the AAU circuit. This obviously depends on the personnel that we bring to the program before the 2027 season, but I hope to only send out one “true Center” with four other players who can space the floor from 3-point range. In your first year here, I want you to develop elite 3-and-D skills that will immediately translate to the pro level. Every year after that, I plan to add another layer of responsibility to your plate. My hope is that by your final year here, you will be the lead guard for Clemson and will show scouts that you are ready to be the floor general for a team at the next level. With my mentorship, I guarantee that you will be drafted at the end of your career here.
So, what do you say? I admit that I am new to the college level, and the Clemson hasn't been successful before my arrival, but I want to forge a reputation for myself as a loyal coach who teaches players how to win. If you put your trust in me, then I will always go to war for you and work to make you the best player that you can possibly be. That is what you deserve.
Go Tigers!

Purdue offers #74 Harry Donaldson
Scholarship
School Visit (2/5)
Coach Visit (2/3)
Harry, what stood out the most to me when scouting you was your work ethic, your willingness to learn, and your team-first mentality. While your skills might not quite be there yet, you have the build (6'5", 195 pounds) of a prototypical shooting guard, and you've shown potential to improve in all areas of your game. Therefore, I want you to become a part of what should be a historic recruiting class for this program, and make history as a Boilermaker - and I'm certain that you'll experience the best days of your life, on and off the court, while at Purdue.
Right now, Purdue only has two scholarship players on our team after Frank Janousek left for the NBL. Most around the league see this as a burden, and have written off Purdue because of it. I see it as an opportunity. We're aggressively recruiting a core to compete in the present as well as the future - a core that will grow together, build off each other, become stronger together, and lead Purdue to greater heights than ever before. This is where you come in. At present, we have no starting-caliber guards, and you will be a major part of the rotation immediately. Now, I know what you're thinking. What about Michael Golightly and Bernard Bray? That question is easy to answer. I see Michael and Bernard as our backcourt of the present. I see you as our future.
When it comes to your particular fit on the team, I plan to base my gameplan heavily around the talent on my roster as I have done in the past to great success. This season, our leadership will likely be small forward Richard Adams and power forward Anthony Hoy - both specialize on getting to the basket and scoring at the rim. My plan is to run a dribble-drive offense led by whatever point guards we pull in - but a dribble drive scheme doesn't work without anyone to pass the ball to, and your three point shot is probably your most refined skill at this point.
Either way, we don't plan to redshirt you - my philosophy is that the best way to develop a raw but talented player is to throw him into the fire right away. There's nothing like experience to mold a player into a professional prospect.
I should know - I've developed five NBL draftees so far at Purdue. William Stanley, similar to you, was an underdog with a bulldog mentality and a dream. After a record-breaking career at Purdue and Xavier, Stanley was selected with the 48th pick in the latest NBL draft, a far cry from his humble beginnings as the nation's eighty-third ranked recruit. Douglas Bartos also perfectly embodies the mentality of a Purdue basketball player. He joined my first ever recruiting class as a three-star walk-on, working his way up the ranks to become a leader on the team and a second-round draft pick - one of the most incredible stories in NCBCA history. Under my leadership, Purdue University has become a factory for NBL talent - whether underdogs like Bartos and Stanley or blue-chip talent like Jayden Nicholson and Frank Janousek, all used their time at Purdue as a stepping stone for the pros, joining players like five-time NBL scoring leader and former league MVP Caleb Swanigan.
If the NBL does not work out for you, Purdue will still prepare you for any career you choose off the court. The education we provide is highly ranked (63rd globally by ARWU, 9th most innovative by US News, and 24th in the NCBCA) but to someone like yourself means more than that. As you are an athlete, you will likely miss a substantial amount of time for games and other team activities - luckily, you'll be able to adapt easily and make your education work for you alone, thanks to our 12:1 student-faculty ratio, our world-class professors (A+ according to Niche), and our emphasis on individuality. You will be guaranteed to succeed in whatever one of our 211 majors you choose.
You'll also be able to experience our vibrant campus (Niche rates us A+ in student life, A in campus quality and A in party scene) firsthand. I don't know what your interests outside of basketball are, but I know Purdue has something to pique them - the school is home to over 900 student organizations and 40 fraternities, many of which are world-renowned. If you're looking to branch out away from the campus, the city of West Lafayette has a rich history and a plethora of things to do, including historic trips to the Tippecanoe Battle Museum or on the Tour de Lafayette. Even while having fun, you'll be in a strong and supportive environment - West Lafayette was one of only two NCBCA cities to be named on Safewise's list of 50 safest college towns in America. If you're up for a slightly longer trip Indianapolis is an hour away. You'll never run out of things to do while part of the Boilermaker family, an intensely loyal, raucous family that will crowd Mackey Arena every game and cheer you on time and time again.
And I'm confident that with you helping to lead the game, we will give the fans something to cheer for. While we greatly underperformed last season, that was to be expected as we lost all but one scholarship player and seventy percent of our team. When I first joined the Purdue coaching staff, I immediately brought the team from six wins to sixteen, and the team followed that up with three more winning seasons. I see no reason why we can't do that again, especially with born competitors like you on the team. You'll be able to win on a big stage as well - Purdue has historically been among the NCBCA's most prestigious basketball schools, and after North Carolina's recent downfall we are arguably the most storied program to offer you. Additionally, the B1G North was recently named the NCBCA's toughest conference - we don't just win, we win against the best of them.
I've been at the helm throughout some of the toughest times in Boilermaker history, but I've remained loyal throughout it all. Upon my return from retirement, I immediately signed a four-year contract even as I was graduating all but three players on my team. I knew Purdue was in for a rebuild, but I didn't consider not returning or taking another job - and I definitely won't quit once you've led Boilermaker basketball to new heights.
In conclusion, I am pleased to offer you a full athletic scholarship to attend Purdue University for the entirely of your basketball career. Additionally, I’ve set up a personal meeting so we can discuss our personal goals for my program and your career, as well as an all-expense-paid trip to travel to our pristine campus and see what being a Boilermaker is all about. We hope to see you wearing gold next year.
Sincerely,
Zandman
Head Basketball Coach, Purdue University
Edit: I see that since the last time we've spoken you've received newfound interest from schools who view you as a similarly important part of their future backup plan after losing out on higher rated, more valued recruits. NC State offers (74) H. Donaldson Scholarship
Hello Mr. Donaldson,
I am happy to be able to speak with you today, as I have you high on my priority list. What we see in you is a player that have the potential to be a star but also an immediate impact player on this team. This is why I offer you a full scholarship to come here and play basketball. Now, we know that you got interests so let’s talk about them.
Playing time (5) : I heard a lot about you and one of the things that came out was playing time. I want to let you know that you will have a chance at being a starter in your freshman season. I also promise you that you will play over 15 minutes on average in your first season. This is something that is big for you, as you will gain playing experience. Unless others teams that will probably redshirt you, we know your talent and we know you will make an impact. Finally, you will play with the other freshmen I will bring like Peter Forman and S. Watkins.
Pro potential (3) : We know that you want to turn pro and we will do our best to bring you to this level. I can’t promise you anything, but if you practice and improve every year, you might be able to reach the NBL. Also, here, at NC State, we got a good track record as we have sent 9 players in the pros. Finally, I believe that you have the potential to do it.
Campus Life (4) : We heard that you want to have a great campus to live on. NC State got a lot to offer, starting with epic tailgating every Saturday at the football stadium. Also, we have one of the best library in the USA for you to improve your knowledge and study calmly. The campus might seem big to you, but don’t worry, because we got student transportation system and helpful people who will be happy to help you. You probably got some other passions and you will be served as we boost over 900 students organizations including the Gregg museum of Arts and Design. We have one of the most loyal fanbase in the NCBCA as we were in the top 10 for attendance last year despite only seven wins. Finally, if you want to party or just chill with your friends, the campus is close to Downtown Raleigh where you can find clubs and bars. Finally, diversity is very important here at NC State so you can learn a lot talking with others students.
Education (3) : It is in our knowledge that you want to have a great education and NC State can offer you that. To start off with a bang, Raleigh is the second best educated city in the USA so you should be able to find people that have their education high in their heart just like you. Second thing is that Raleigh is in the top 5 cities for a job in the USA. Effectively, this means that you will be able to find a job during your studies if you want. Also, the average GPA for incoming freshmen is 3.72 and the acceptance rate is 49%. That means that all the students you will meet are passionate and hard working. Also, here are some facts about NC State : The student/faculty ratio is 13/1 so you will be able to get more of a intimate education. Also, we got some great programs : Our veterinary medicine program is ranked 3 nationally, we are the fifth best value among public universities in the USA and we have the ninth best value for in-state students nationally. In the rankings of the NCBCA, we rank in the upper half of the standings at 39. Also, I am sure that you will find one program that you like as we offer over 300 programs for undergraduates and graduates. We have an A+ in education on the website Niche and our professors are passionate. To finish, the libraries we have here are some of the best in the USA as they won big prizes including the Stanford price.
Prestige (3) : We are a pretty good prestige team, ranking at 38 in the NCBCA, so this is a thing you should not worry about. Also, I am sure that our prestige will go up during your time here, as having you develop certainly would be helping. Finally, I expect our prestige to be up by fifty in four years.
To finish, I wanted to thank you for talking with me and I hope that you will choose NC State as your university.

Coach Visit
Hey Harry! I'm ExtraLives, the new head basketball coach of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, and I'd like to first thank you for taking the time to visit me here in Winston-Salem. Here at Wake Forest, we're looking to build something special, and you could be an integral part of it. As it stands, we have zero committed scholarship players for next season, so I can promise you, more than perhaps any other coach in the NCBCA, that you will be a pivotal player from day one. As you walk around Memorial Coliseum, I want you to take a quick look up at the rafters -- now imagine your own gold and black jersey up there. That imagination could, and likely would, quickly become reality if you accept my -- no, our full scholarship offer for you to come play basketball here at Wake Forest University.

Hey Leroy, We would really love you down at VCU. We have a hole in our lineup where you would fit in perfectly. Our big boys, Billy Dart and Stephen Vaughn can handle the dirty work down low so you can shine in a starting role with Martin Fales feeding you the ball. I really like your style too, with your highflying dunks and three-point ability. Our duo in the paint complement your game since we are built around the paint, your ability can help us play off of deadly pick and rolls where we end up with you finishing the drive to the lane with a huge dunk or a mismatch on one of our experienced forwards. We are returning a lot of experience with four returning players averaged over 25 minutes/game last season and I think you will fit right in. You are also a great defender to watch. Your ability to disrupt the interior on defense is exciting and I love it. Finally, you do not back down and play a physical game which is the type of ball we play here. This is why we are offering you a scholarship to play for us at Virginia Commonwealth; we believe you will make a great Ram from day one.
Our program is one the more prestigious programs in the country. We won a national championship five years ago and we are pushing for another here soon. We have put six players in the NBA, most of them in the past 5 years. Watching your tape, you remind me a lot of our hall of fame small forward, Thomas Turner and I think that with the starting time you will get here, you can push for a spot yourself over the years. I will be here as long as you are, longer even. I love the campus location here in downtown Richmond. I love our facilities. They are great, state-of-the-art. I am committed to the program, especially the players I bring in. No matter if are drafted or transfer, I will be there for you.
VCU has a great educational program. We are very research-focused so you get hands-on experience in whatever you choose to major in. We are community oriented, especially within our medical school. This is great for the city of Richmond and state of Virginia, which I know you love. The best part of our school is our smaller class sizes with over 30% of classes at VCU have less than 20 students. This allows you to get the support you need in your educational development. Our school is a great value too. With our low in-state tuition, you can afford to drop our basketball scholarship if you wish to focus on your academics. Virginia Commonwealth is a great school, ranked in the top 100 for public schools and is fantastic value for whatever you choose to study.
Our location is great! The campus is in an urban setting in downtown Richmond. Most importantly, it is close to your home so we can get your family to every home game so they can support you. You do not have to travel far if you want to visit home whether it is for a birthday or a family emergency. As a Virginia native, I am sure you know how close we are to the ocean, DC and the gorgeous Virginian countryside. I am positive that you will love being in Richmond with our awesome campus built into downtown.
I, Coach Hunter, hope that you consider our scholarship offer. Come signing day, I hope you join the team at Virginia Commonwealth University. Go Rams!

Hi Leroy,
This is coach benjay67 with the University of Utah. My staff and I have been watching you for a while, and we're pleased to offer you a scholarship to continue your career and education as a Utah Ute.
While VCU is certainly a great offer, we here at Utah believe that we offer a more complete experience for you. To prove this, I will go through your preferences in your college choice to show you why Utah is your best choice.
Location: Like any good recruit, you want to stay close to home and be a hometown hero for your family and friends. VCU, a mere 90 minutes from your hometown of Falls Church, is absolutely an excellent choice. But we here at Utah believe that home is where you make it, and that Salt Lake City is an outstanding place to build a home. As a NoVA native, it was not hard at all to make the transition from NoVA to Utah, and I'm sure you will find the same. However, should you get homesick, we will fly your family and friends out here to comfort you and catch any of our home games at the insane atmosphere of the Huntsman Center. We understand your preference to stay close to home, but we here at Utah can offer you the home you never knew you had.
Playing Time: If you want to get on the court and play, look no further than Utah. Our success recently has dipped slightly, meaning we have tons of minutes to give out to great recruits like you. You will slot in as our starting small forward, and be a great stretch wing to complement the rising stars we have in our backcourt. VCU absolutely has a good team, but they won't be able to offer you the playing time that you want and deserve, which is something we can offer and more.
Loyalty: No offense to coach aztechunter, but he's a new and unproven head coach in a league run by big, established names. On the other hand, I had proven success at Oklahoma State, ran my contract out there, and moved to Utah because I felt ready to take a step up in my career, and Utah was the place I felt gave me the best opportunity for that. I love it out here in SLC, and I have no plans to move any time soon. So, when I say that I am fiercely loyal to my players, you can believe it.
Prestige: As I previously mentioned, our program has been in a bit of a dip recently. Success has not come as easily as it once did, and program suffered a bit. Our prestige, once at the higher end of the spectrum, has now become much more middle-of-the-pack. However, I have rebuilt programs before, and I know that I can do it again. Our fans are starving for success, and my staff and I believe that you can bring it to them again. You will be the cornerstone recruit in a class that will once again make Utah a name to be feared in the PCC. You are a star in the making, and there is no better place than Utah to make that dream a reality.
Education: Without a doubt, VCU offers some great programs, such as art and medicine. However, overall the school lacks some key areas to be considered a great school. The University of Utah is ranked in the top 50 public schools in the country, and just outside the top 100 schools overall. We have great engineering and business programs, and most of our other areas of study are highly ranked nationally. Overall, Utah is a great school to continue your education, and we think that whatever you choose to study you will certainly succeed in.
Campus Life: Having been to VCU's campus several times, I can say that it has a great campus feel. However, it's right in the middle of one of the worst neighborhoods in Richmond, and can sometimes feel unsafe. That will never be a problem at Utah. Our campus lies on the outskirts of Salt Lake City, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's an afterthought in the city. Instead, our location gives our students the perfect medium between being a city campus and an outdoorsy one. We lie right between Salt Lake City's gorgeous downtown area and the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Should you want, you could spend half of your weekend in SLC, shopping, eating, or just walking around our wonderful city. The other half could be spent hiking the many trails which go through the mountains to the east. There truly is something for everyone here at the University of Utah, and we think that it's the perfect place for you to continue your career and education.
So there you have it. The University of Utah is one of the most stunningly gorgeous campuses in the country, located right between the amazing Rocky Mountains to the east and the great skyline of Salt Lake City to the west. We offer very good academics, an up-and-coming basketball program, and tons of fans who live and breathe Utah basketball. This is a perfect opportunity for you to further your career and education, and for you to grow as a basketball player and as a person. We wish you good luck on your recruiting process, and hope to hear back from you soon. Go Utes!

Hey Kenneth, I would first like to say how excited I am to offer you a spot on our team. Our coaching staff is enamored by your potential and we think you could be a very good player in the future. We plan on making it a major focus of ours to develop you into one of the better frontcourt players in the country by the time you're an upperclassmen, we believe in you and your abilities more than any one else who will offer you.
Playing Time Getting to play is definitely important, and we can offer you more minutes early on than a lot of other schools. We are pretty thing in the frontcourt so we would expect you to play some key minutes for us early on. We want you to gain a lot of experience early on so that you can develop into the best player you can be.
Education The University of South Carolina can offer you a terrific education. We have a lot of top tier programs including our international business, kinesiology, and electrical engineering programs. Just because our academic ranking may be in the middle of the pack in the league doesn't mean you won't get a great education here. If you come here you will be able to get a fantastic degree from a university that will offer you a lot of opportunities after your basketball career.
Prestige I know we aren't a very high prestige school, and I know that's something you want from a school so I'm going to tell you why you should feel confident in this school and the direction we're heading. We have a lot of young talent, filled with soon to be sophomores and hopefully some freshmen with this recruiting class. I also inherited a roster that was one of, if not the worst in the entire league. There was not a single player rated above a 36 overall in the year before I got here, and now we already have 6 players above that rating, before accounting for progression or adding new players, so this team is already getting better under my watch. With you and the other players I plan on adding this team should skyrocket in prestige and no longer be a bottomfeeder. I just need you to believe in my vision and buy into the system. You're a great talent who can help this team's prestige go from one of the worst in the country to a competitive ranking by the end of your time here, and I think that's much more enticing than going to a team with an already high prestige rating already.
Campus Life Our campus is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of notable landmarks. It's also very easy to find your group of people with over 350 student organizations to get involved with and 34,000+ students on campus to meet with and talk to. We've also been described as having an active party and bar scene, so if you enjoy going out a lot and having a fun time this is the perfect school for you. I think it'll be difficult to find what we offer here anywhere else, as we are in a nice, warm climate with a beautiful downtown area as well. If you do decide to come here, it'll be difficult to be bored.
Loyalty My contract runs through 2031, I haven't broken any promises, and I plan on being here for a long time in order to complete a full rebuild of this program. If you do decide to come here I can guarantee you I will not break my contract, I will be dedicated to developing your game, and will do everything in my power to make this program a winner during your career here.
Location I know you want to stay relatively close to home, and while we aren't the closest place to McHenry, IL we will make this place feel like home. As stated before, we have a great campus with great people to interact with. We can also arrange a game in the midwest every season if you would like so your parents are guaranteed to make it to at least 1 of your games every season. I know we aren't close to home, but you will find that getting away from home for a bit can be freeing and you will have a lot of fun here as well.
Conclusion You're a very good player, one that we want to help turn into a great player. I know how good you can be and want to help you get there. If you want to go to a school that will embrace you and support you more than anyone else will then this is the team to play for.

Hello Rick, I would first of all like to congratulate you on receiving a scholarship from our prestigious university, we don't just hand these out to any player or student. You are an extremely talented big man who was earned the right to play at the next level and prove yourself as one of the best players in the nation. We believe that the University of South Carolina will give you the best opportunity to develop as a person and basketball player.
Your biggest need in a school is playing time, and we can offer that and then some. We need big men, especially after this year as we have 2 guys set to graduate. You will not only get major playing time this year but the years after. I can also assure you that of the few big men we are pursuing you are out #1 option and our biggest priority.
We are also a program on the rise, we haven't been winning a ton but most of our top players are going to be sophomores so we have nowhere to go but up. They are also all willing passers who can get you the ball down low and let you do your thing. This team is set to be built around you being our big man and being surrounded by great guards to put you in the best position to succeed. We want you to be a big time player and help this rebuild speed up in order to become a top program.
As far as pro potential, we have had 2 guys make it after getting drafted, so not a ton so far. But, I think we have at least 1 guy in Gerald Kerby who could get drafted eventually. We also have you, and with your upside you could definitely be an NBL prospect in the future, and we want to help you get there. As stated before, our guards are going to put you in great position to succeed and show off to NBL scouts, more so than any other school that will want to play you early on.
Loyalty is something I think is very important, and I can promise you I will be right by your side your entire college career because I want you and this program to be as successful as possible. I will make this place like home to you (keep in mind we are significantly closer to your homestate of New York than Baylor is) and make sure to put you in the best position to succeed on and off the floor.
Overall, we offer a lot as a school and coming to South Carolina is going to be the best decision you could ever make, you will get to play early and often, you will help bring this program from a bottomfeeder to a contender, and you will have a chance to go pro after a few years in our program. I can't wait to see you commit to the Gamecocks very soon!

Dear Mr. Thompson,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. You’re a talented young center with a bright future, and we’d love to have you on our team. You can be sure that Baylor can offer you everything that you want.
First, we can offer you playing time. Lots of playing time. As of right now, you are our #1 target at center this recruiting season, and you’d be the only guy on the roster taller than 7’. A lot of schools would probably redshirt you, but I can guarantee your starting spot at center for this Baylor club. We fully expect that you will get 30+ minutes a game, and playing a vital role on a Baylor team that didn’t even have a true center last season. You’d be our guy pulling down rebounds, blocking shots, and making key layups late in games. Of any school that offers you, I can guarantee you will get the most playing time at Baylor compared to any other school, and play the biggest role for the team.
Next, Baylor can provide you with a loyal coach that will stay dedicated to you. I’m just finishing up my 2nd season here at Baylor, and my loyalty has already risen by 31 points to a 71. I am well on my way to reaching the top tier of loyal coaches in the NCBCA, and it will not be long before I am known as one of the most loyal coaches in the league. Not only that, but I am under contract for the next 3 years (taking you through your junior season) and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. I fully intend to become a coach known not only for his success but for his commitment to the team and to his players. I can assure you I will be with you every step of the way on your path to becoming a pro, and will aid and assist in your development along the way.
Unfortunately, here at Baylor we can’t offer you a long, storied history of NCBCA stars going pro and making it rich, however as a program we still have the ability to develop you to your full potential and give you a chance to make it to the NBL. Primarily, keep in Baylor has never had a committed, loyal, coach, so we’ve never really had the chance to pull in high-profile recruits who were guaranteed to make it to the pros. However, we have had success developing lesser-ranked recruits into NBL-caliber talent. The best such example would be David Draper, who came into this league as a 37 ovr (nearly the same rating as you) and left 2 years later as a 2nd round draft pick. We’ve also turned 3 other 50ish ovr recruits into 70+ players and NBL draft picks. While the pedigree isn’t there, we’ve got as much of a chance as any to turn you into an NBL player, especially with enough playing time. As you grow and develop, we believe that you will gain the skills necessary to make it pro. Keep working hard, and you'll make it to where every young basketball player wants to end up.
So, Mr. Thompson, Baylor can offer you a comprehensive package that has everything you would want in a school, from playing time to a loyal coach to NBL potential. We hope you make the right choice and come to Waco for your next 4 years.
Sincerely,
Cubzlover84 (Head Coach at Baylor University)

Greetings Rick!
I'm ExtraLives, the new head basketball coach here at Wake Forest. Congratulations on your graduation, and thanks for taking the time out of your day to speak with me here in beautiful Winston-Salem. I'm just gonna cut right to the chase, we want -- no, we need a frontcourt player of your caliber here at Wake Forest, and we think you'd be a perfect fit.
Like any top tier center, you want to play early and often. Here at Wake Forest, we currently have no committed scholarship players for the upcoming season. This is where you come in -- starting from day one, you would be our only scholarship center, and you could name the amount of minutes you want and we'd honor it. Not only do I see you as a starter here at Wake, I see you becoming a campus legend. Sure, some schools can offer you playing time. Hell, some schools could even offer you a position in the starting lineup. Here at Wake, we can offer you -- no, promise you -- that you'll be a star, that you'll be a legend. This is the start of a new era for Wake Forest basketball, and we want you to help usher it in.
I'm not going to take up too much more of your time here, but, while we haven't had the most success in terms of producing pro players, as I mentioned before, this is a new era for Wake Forest basketball. As a member of the vaunted ACC, our players get substantial exposure and, between that and the playing time that you'd be getting, your draft stock would skyrocket, more than it likely would or could at any other school.
Take a look at the rafters here. Now picture your name in black and gold on the back of a jersey. Now picture that jersey in these rafters. If you just accept our scholarship offer, that image will become a reality.
Thanks again, and I hope to see you in this very gym this season.

Hey Victor,
I'm the Head Coach at Cal and I'm really happy to tell you that we will offer you a scholarship to continue your basketball career for the next four years in the Bay Area. The Bay Area is perhaps the heart of California, serving as the cultural hub for the state and being the home of not one, but two metropolises in Oakland and San Francisco. Going to Cal, there will be no shortage of things to do, places to party at, restaurants to eat at, beaches to chill at, and amazing sights to see with this setup. However, with all we have to offer on campus, you probably don't even need to leave to have a ton of fun. Our huge student body means a practically unlimited supply of new friends, girls, parties on campus, various drinks that may or may not be alcoholic depending on your age, school clubs, and much, much more.
Cal is undoubtedly a household name in the world of NCBCA basketball. Our team two years ago entered itself into school and league lore with a 28 win season in the tough PCC, and we kept the tradition alive last year with a Sweet Sixteen appearance. Being in the location we are and having the location we do, Cal is one of the most notable programs in the nation, having many of our games on national television, giving players like yourself the best chance of putting yourselves on the national stage on the platform Cal provides.
With our recent success, we are set up nicely to perform well for next year and years to come. Our frontcourt star Michael Delacruz is coming back for another year, along with breakout freshman Christopher Dickson, and in addition to these players and others I intend to add many other prominent players in recruiting such as yourself, with numerous Top 30 recruits among my targets.
One of the very best things that Cal is good at is getting players to the next level. Last year was in fact a perfect example of this, as we had two lottery selections in Jack Larsen and William Morales, along with another draftee in Andrew Harris. These are just some of the many NBL players that paved their route there through Berkeley, as we have 19 of such in the NCBCA era, tied for the 10th most among all teams. I am also myself one of the best coaches at developing players into pro prospects, as I have numerous lottery selections of my own, such as Ashton Hagans, Charles Bassey, Anthony Oneal, and Adam Miller just to name a few of them. Here at Cal you would be playing for a team with a great history of pros along with a coach who has gotten many to the highest level himself, and I think that is as much as you could ask for in that regard.
Thanks for listening Victor. Best of luck to you in your college search and your senior season.
Best,

Davi, having watched your highlights, I feel that you have a future in the NCBCA as a next-generation, smaller big. Despite being reasonably small for the position, your defensive skillset and smooth shot from anywhere on the court set you apart among this year's class of recruits. While you have not received much interest so far, I want you to come to Purdue and prove everyone wrong while simultaneously preparing for a life after graduation.
I understand that making the NBL is a big deal for you - after all, everyone dreams of playing for their favorite teams growing up. Purdue University, and more specifically my staff, will provide a great stepping stone for the pros. One of the dreamers I mentioned was Douglas Bartos, another undersized small-ball big - he joined the program as a three-star recruit without a single scholarship offer and left the program as a second-round draft pick (49th overall) by the Brooklyn Nets. He is one of five players I myself have molded into professional prospects, joining fellow underdog William Stanley (former 83rd recruit, finished his career as the NCBCA's all-time EWA leader), Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (was considered a bust before I arrived as coach) and blue-chips like Jayden Nicholson and Frank Janousek. I have sent players from all positions, backgrounds and situations to the NBL.
If that does not work out for you, you'll be guaranteed a career in any other field. Purdue's education is ranked 24th in the NCBCA, but is defined by much more than a ranking - we offer 211 different majors, so no matter what you're looking for, there's something for you to learn. Not only that, but with an award-winning English program and a 12:1 student-faculty ratio we will help you tear down any language barrier and ensure you will be able to assimilate into American culture and get the most of your education. Our engineering and chemistry programs have also drawn worldwide attention - if you choose to travel north to seek knowledge, you've picked the right destination.
We may have won only 11 games last season, but this program is on the right track. Our poor performance was largely due to a lack of returning talent - now, with Anthony Hoy and Richard Adams returning for their sophomore seasons and a large crop of hopeful newcomers, we should be in better shape, and we'll be a young team that will continue to improve for the duration of your time as a Boilermaker.
The first thing I did upon my return from retirement was to sign a contract despite knowing I would lose seventy percent of my roster and all but one scholarship player and that winning immediately would be a struggle. I stayed with Purdue through its toughest times, so once we're at the top I'd have no reason to leave.
Right now, we see you as a depth player at the small forward position, with the potential to rotate in at the 2 or 3 spot in bigger lineups or the 4 in bigger ones. Either way, we will rely heavily on you, as we lack big man depth and don't have much returning talent outside of Adams and Hoy.
Students come to Purdue's campus from all over the world to live, love and learn - Purdue University boasts an international community of nearly nine and a half thousand students (fourth-most out of any US university, and second among NCBCA schools!) from 126 countries, and Brazil is among the top ten home countries for Purdue students. You would join a community of over one hundred Brazilians on campus, each making their impact in the city of West Lafayette - with which we are closely linked - or in any one of our over 900 student organizations.
We look forward to having you on the team.

For my money, no school in the country offers a better mix of your three values than Miami. We're ranked 12th in the nation in prestige, we have the 17th ranked education ranking, and you get to live, work, and play in one of the most amazing cities in the world. We've also got a good track record of coaching up walk-ons to the point where they can get significant playing time, as last year, forward Luis Barnes was a big part of our success. Not to mention that you'll have a local connection in Miami -- I coached at Oregon State for three years. I know you don't seem to care much about staying home, but if you ever do get homesick, know that we've played Oregon State (twice), Washington, and Gonzaga over the last two seasons. At Miami, you'll get the education and basketball you want in one of the most beautiful locales in college basketball. Hope to see you soon!

Dear Matt,
I am thrilled to offer you a spot on the Miami Hurricanes next season.
The most obvious thing we can offer is that you'll get to stay home and play in the city you grew up in. While, of course, this isn't your top priority, it's still a great situation for you. You'll get to play in front of friends and family, and you can save money by living at home. Miami is one of the top education schools in the NCBCA, and we also win a lot of games. I just signed a contract extension, so I'll be your only coach at Miami. And, of course, you already know about that Miami lifestyle BAYBEEEEE. Come to the U and take over the world with us.

Dear Mr. Balser,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Many people have not rated you as a top target, but here at Baylor we have had our eyes on you since day 1, and look to add you to a talented recruiting class.
First, you want playing time, and you will get it here at Baylor. We're in a rebuilding stage, so as of right now you'd be in line for very significant minutes, either as our starting SG or the primary wing off the bench. No matter what, you'd be looking at 10-15 min per game and possibly even more.
Secondly, you want loyalty. Well, I'm just in my second year as head coach of Baylor, and my loyalty rating has already increased by 31 points to a 71, meaning I am well on my way to the elite tier of NCBCA coaches. I also promise to stay loyal to you as you grow and develop, into the player I know you can become. Come to Baylor, and I'll be at your side every step of the way.
Lastly, here at Baylor we can provide you with an education that you want. We're offering you a scholarship, so you'll be able to spend your time worrying about basketball and academics instead of finances. We have over 100 Master's and Graduate programs here, and you'll be sure to find one to major in. With a 15:1 student/teacher ratio, we'll provide all the resources and support that you'll need to educate yourself for life after basketball.
All in all, Baylor can provide everything you would want in a school, so see you in Waco!

We are a quick three-hour drive from where your high school campus is, making it so that your parents, friends, and other close ones can come see you play. We will offer them free tickets to our home games when they happen to be in town, and with Maryland being a good medium for the ACC conference. This will make it so that your close ones can even come see you play at your away games. We have had many great players go to the pros, notably Kostas Antetokounmpo and Stephen Siegel, who made it through the draft last year. We have three championships to the names of UVA alumni, and we believe that you have the ability to bring us a fourth. Being a player of such excellent potential, we will be offering you a starting position within three years. A possible redshirt season might be on the horizon for you, but once you complete that year, you'll be better than ever. We have built a reputation of winning and success in a very small amount of time, having won a conference championship and achieved a Sweet 16 appearance within just four years of my taking over of this program. Among the teams that have offered you, there are none that have won conference championships recently. I stay loyal to whatever it is I do, including coaching this team. I have a tier 1 loyalty among all coaches in this league- the highest tier that anybody can achieve. Our campus is great, with many diverse foods and great sights to see.

By offering you that, you will be able to have a real contact with your family at least one time a week, if not more. Finally, if you have an emergency, the flight from Raleigh to Pikesville is makable in one hour and the price is cheap.
Winning (5) : Here, at NC State, I am creating a whole new winning mentality, and we will win fast. You can expect us to have two winning seasons during your four years and one NT appearance. To add to that, we will have at least one winning record in the ACC I am sure. Finally, how will we do that you might ask : all the freshmen including you will develop in a unit and we will shock the world.
Campus Life (5) : We heard that you want to have a great campus to live on. NC State got a lot to offer, and because security matters most, we have a nationally ranked health center. Also, because you are in the basketball team, you will probably get invited whenever you want to parties.
Loyalty (3) : I will coach this team for every year you will be here, this being a promise. Also, maybe that you don't trust me, but this is your thing. Finally, I think that we will have fun if you come here.
Playing time (2) : We still have to determinate if we redshirt you or if you will play in year one, but one thing is sure, and that is that you will get the chance to start in year one at training camp.
This finish what I wanted to talk with you and you know where to find me if you have any questions. Good luck!

Micheal, you are one of the best PGs in this recruiting class. Even though Louisville isn't as close to Moline as you would like, it is still a drive able distance that allows family and friends to come watch you play regularly. You will also come to Louisville and immediately be our starting point guard. This playing time will allow you to become the pro prospect we believe you can be. With my help, you can join our 20 NBL draftees which ranks 8th in the NCBCA. Come join me,

Michael, if you’ve been following NCBCA as of late you have probably heard of William Stanley. After spending a graduate year at Xavier, the former Purdue point guard broke the all-time records for career EWA and steals. He has a solid case to be made as one of the greatest NCBCA players of all time. He was just like you – an undersized, overlooked, hard-working Midwestern kid wanting to make a difference. Purdue proved to be a perfect fit for him, and I’m confident it will be a similarly great fit for you. Let me explain why.
Location (5): West Lafayette is just four hours from Moline (just an hour and a half farther than Illinois) so you'll have the chance to visit with family and friends while still being far enough away that college is the adventure it should be. We have recruited Midwestern players like yourself for as long as I've coached here. Not only that, but we play in the B1G North's West division, centered almost precisely around your home - no school is more than six hours away from Moline, so your family can come and support you in tough road games down the stretch.
Pro Potential (5): Stanley, the former #83 recruit was recently drafted 48th by the Knicks in the 2027 NBL draft; he joins a growing list of players that I have molded into professional prospects. While his situation is the one most comparable to yours, he's definitely not alone. Douglas Bartos walked on to Purdue as the #121 recruit and left the team as the 49th overall draft pick two years ago. Other players who I have developed include Jayden Nicholson, drafted 6th overall despite injury concerns; Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, who improved by leaps and bounds after I joined the coaching staff; and Frank Janousek, the tenth overall pick in the most recent draft. Once you learn how to use your athleticism to your advantage, you could easily join them.
Playing Time (5): Our roster does not at present have any scholarship guards on it. While we are currently going after Harry Donaldson and Bernard Bray, there's no need to worry - Bray could easily slot in at the shooting guard position, while Donaldson won't be ready to start for a while. You'll be our starting point guard and will likely get a large sum of minutes, considering what little depth we have. Purdue will provide you with the system, opportunity, and supporting cast to star - my plan for next season is to run a dribble-drive offense based around scoring at the rim, and such an offense is useless without a floor general like yourself.
Education (4): Purdue's education is ranked 24th in the NCBCA, but is defined by much more than just a ranking. The university also boasts a 12:1 student-faculty ratio, 211 majors (several of which have gained international recognition), and a long list of alumni including Orville Redenbacher, Neil Armstrong, and six Fortune 500 CEOs. Purdue graduates hold over 15,000 US patents. You will with certainty get the education you need and the one that's right for you, in whatever field you choose - several of our programs, like aerospace engineering (2nd nationally by US News) have gained national and international renown.
Loyalty (3): Although my rating does not show it, I have gained recognition for my devotion to this program. Throughout my brief retirement, I watched every Purdue game from my couch wanting to get back into action - the first thing I did upon my return was ink a contract despite having to lose seventy percent of my players the following offseason. Purdue has become my home throughout my tenure here, and unlike the Illinois coach who has considered retirement, I'll be staying with you for a while.
Campus Life: (2): As a Purdue student, you'll never run out of things to do on campus. We offer over 900 different student organizations, so no matter what you're interested in, there will be something for you to enjoy. Purdue's student life was rated A+ by Niche, and the party scene and campus quality both have an A grade.
I hope to see you in gold next season.

Hi Mr. Golightly, thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this. Here at Illinois we think that you would be a great addition to our NCBCA team. From your dribbling ability, to your limitless scoring, to being a great pickpocket you have it all Mr. Golightly. I’m aware staying close to home is a must for you and that is only one of the reasons coming to Illinois will be a great choice for you.
Throughout my years at Illinois I’ve produced a few NBL players including lottery pick, Russell Chu. As well as Zaire Wade and NCBCA Hall of Famer, Lauri Markkanen along with a few others. I cannot guarantee that you will make it to the NBL but I will do my hardest to make sure you get there. Here at Illinois you will get a starting spot on the team due to our lack of guards. Currently the only other guards are Charles Anderson who you are leaps and bounds better than and Xavier Mackenzie who can easily fill in at the two.
Illinois is tied for #17 on the NCBCA’s education rankings. 17 of 80 teams. We have great banking and finance programs along with excellent agriculture science classes and more. At this college you’ll be sure to get a quality education as we have great professors. People such as Jesse Jackson have attended this college. Throughout my NCBCA career I have only coached here at Illinois and it is a rarity to see anyone get cut from this roster which won’t change any time soon. I believe every player can positively contribute to the team in one way or another. Here at Illinois there are weekly events such as an open mic night as well as karaoke. Students enjoy throwing parties every other day as well so you won’t run out of things to do while on campus, not the mention the wide variety of food choices available.
Anyway, I hope to see you in an Illinois jersey soon!
Sincerely, Coach of Illinois Gasher

Hi Mr. Johnson. I'm Gasher, head coach of Illinois. We think that you'd be a great addition to our roster. Your three point shooting is incredible along with your excellent handles and exceedingly strong rebounding ability for a guard. You'd make a great fit on this roster alongside Matthew Estevez and the other players. I've sent players like Zaire Wade, Russell Chu, and Lauri Markkanen to the NBL and who's to say you won't be the next one?
I've coached at Illinois my entire career which has been around six or more seasons and rarely cut players on the roster as I believe each and every player can contribute positively in one way or another. Here at Illinois you'll feel right at home. Everyone is very friendly on campus. The school hosts weekly events such as open mic and Karaoke on the weekends and there is no shortage of student-held parties at all. Not to mention the great variety of food here available on campus so that you won't have to go far for a good meal. Anyway, I hope to see you in an Illinois jersey soon.

Hi Mr. Dewey,
I am happy to talk to you today. I just wanted to start by congratulating you on graduating high school. You worked hard and you got rewarded. Here at NC State we like your profile and this is why we offer you a full scholarship. Now let’s talk about what you want.
Location (3) : We know that you want to stay close to your family and that is why we are in a good place to host your studies. Only eight hour away from your home, NC State is closer to you than most university that will offer you. You will also be able to meet your family every weekend if you want. To add to that, your family will receive free tickets to every home game so that they can come support you.
Playing time (4) : Here at NC State, we think you can make an immediate impact. This is why you will be an important part of our rotation as soon as next year. I can promise you over 15 minutes per game during you freshman season. Why such a thing? Because we want our freshmen to step up. We are 77th in returning talent so we will need every bit of help. Instead of some teams that will redshirt you, we will give you an opportunity to prove yourself early in your career.
Loyalty (5) : I think that loyalty is one of the best attributes a coach can have. Because I am a new coach, I haven’t had the chance to prove myself yet. Here is a promise I can make to you : I will still be coaching this team in four years so you won’t have to adjust to a new coach.
Prestige (5) : We rank in the upper half of prestige ranking at 38 as we rank higher than most teams that will offer you. I also plan on having our prestige up over 55 by the time you are in your senior season.
Education (5) : It is in our knowledge that you want to have a great education and NC State can offer you that. To start off, Raleigh is the second best educated city in the USA so you should be able to find people just like you. Second thing is that Raleigh is in the top 5 cities for a job in the USA. Effectively, this means that you will be able to find a job during your studies if you want. Also, the average GPA for incoming freshmen is 3.72 and the acceptance rate is 49%. To add to that, here are some facts about NC State : The student/faculty ratio is 13/1 so you will be able to get more of a intimate education. Also, we got some great programs : Our veterinary medicine program is ranked 3 nationally and we are the fifth best value among public universities in the USA. In the rankings of the NCBCA, we rank in the upper half of the standings at 39. Also, I am sure that you will find one program that you like as we offer over 300 programs for undergraduates and graduates. To finish, the libraries we have here are some of the best in the USA as they won big prizes including the Stanford price.
To finish, thank you for talking with me as I hope you will choose NC State for your studies. Good luck.

Hello Mr. Kranz,
I was waiting to talk to you since a long time, so here we are. My name is Hans and I am the coach of NC State men’s basketball team. We love your talent here in Raleigh as we think you will make an impact next year and we hope you will choose us. Now let’s talk about your interests.
Location (5) : I have heard a lot about you but the thing that comes out more often is your desire to stay home. While we might not be “home”, we are closer to you than most school. The trip only last seven hours and a half when you make it in car. That mean that you will be able to make the trip at least one time per week to visit your family. Also, they will receive free tickets to every home game we play.
Playing time (4) : One of the values I think is the most important for new recruits is playing time. As we know, this is very important for you. Here, in NC State, we respect that, and we think that you can make an immediate impact on the team. That is why I promise you a starting job next year. You will be playing with the others recruits I will bring, including P. Forman, F. Watkins and W. Roush. Finally, I think that we have a great chance at being good in your first year with you at the Point Guard position.
Prestige (5) : We might not be as good in prestige as others are, but we still rank in the top half of the rankings standing in 38th place. Also, I plan on sneaking in the top 30 in prestige come your senior year. How? I am implementing a whole new philosophy here in Raleigh that will make us win more games. Finally, for a low recruit like you, there isn’t a lot of high prestige teams in the chase. This is why I think that we are the best team for you to choose from. Finally, you can expect our team to be up in prestige by your junior season.
Campus life (4) : We heard that you want to have a great campus to live on. NC State got a lot to offer. To start we have one of the best library in the USA for you to improve your knowledge and study calmly. The campus might seem big to you, but don’t worry, because we got student transportation system and helpful people who will be happy to help you. Finally, if you want to party or just chill with your friends, the campus is close to Downtown Raleigh where you can find clubs and bars. Finally, we got a nationally ranked health center for you to recover from injuries.
Now there are some other things I want to get you to know. First off, winning is important to us, and I expect to have at least two winning seasons in the next four years. Also, talking about loyalty, I can promise you I will coach this team during your career here. Finally, your future is good as we got the 39th best education in the NCBCA. That is all I wanted to talk about, as I hope you will make the best choice for you. Good Luck!

Hey James,
How are things in Manassas? It's been a while since I've made the trip up there to VA. Patrick Ngongba, a former player here at the U of M grew up in Manassas Park actually, so I'm a bit familiar with the area.
Anyways, that's besides the point. Today, I'm excited to be reaching out to you to offer you a position on our men's basketball team as a walk-on. With rising senior big men Jonas Nichols and James Bassett approaching graduation, we're going to need bodies on the interior sooner than later, and we think you have the upside to grow into an important role for us down the line. I'm actually about to hit the road for a quick trip to Halifax for the weekend, so I'm going to keep this pitch quick by giving you a one sentence rundown regarding some of the major areas you value in your decision. Let's get it!
Location: 12.5 hours on the road, 4 hours in the air; Tennessee is a state neighbour state to VA, and served as a home to Patrick Ngongba, another Manassas product, for his college years.
Pro Potential: My staff and I have helped 33 players reach the pros, 30 hear them name called on draft day, 17 in the lottery, and at least one top 5 pick in every draft since 2019.
Playing Time: As I touched on earlier, the minutes might not be there immediately considering we're returning two elite big men in Nichols and Bassett, but with a redshirt year as a freshman, you'll have an opportunity to carve out a role in our rotation moving forward if you put in the work.
Winning: Memphis has lost 19 games combined in the last eight seasons, and our lowest single-season win total during that span was 27.
Loyalty: I'm entering year 12 at Memphis, and have scored a perfect 100 rating on the loyalty rating for three consecutive seasons.
Prestige: Memphis has been rated as the most prestigious basketball school in the country for the past two years, and our 5 MWC Championships, 4 Final Fours, and 2 National Championships are a major reason why.
Education: The University of Memphis is one of the best public schools in the South, and offers a low student-teacher ratio at 16:1, to go along with small class sizes.
Campus Life: Memphis is an NBL-city known for it's nightlife (see: Beale Street), southern cuisine (best BBQ in the South), and history - especially in regards to music and civil rights.
Thanks for considering our offer James!

James,
My name is Coach Hunter and I am representing Virginia Commonwealth University. We are very excited to offer you a scholarship to join the Rams basketball program here in Richmond. As it stands, the Rams are lacking a true center and I think you would be a great fit for us. Even though we are currently returning our starters in the paint, I am looking to the future of how I want our team to look and play. I think that future starts with players like you, James. I know playing time is a big deal for you, rightfully so as a player of your ability, but our forwards, Stephen Vaughn and Billy Dart, can teach you a great amount, so you can grow into the anchor of a championship contending basketball squad.
I know you love the state of Virginia and so do I. I love being in the capital, Richmond. I am sure you have visited since it is a short drive from your hometown of Manassas and the Virginia High School state championships are held at the Siegel Center here at VCU. Also located in downtown Richmond is our basketball development center, which has helped build and develop our six NBL draft picks. Getting big men to the draft is our specialty so I am sure if you spend time here, work hard on and off the court, you will get a shot at playing in the big leagues.
While we have struggled the past few years following our national championship, the Rams Basketball Program have hired me to bring the glory of old days back to VCU and I feel like I have a great opportunity to do so with four returning starter in my first season with the Rams. I do not have a career plan after VCU. I intend to spend as much time here as I can so I can because Richmond is a fantastic city to live in.
Virginia Commonwealth University is not just one of the most prestigious basketball schools in the country; it is also one of the best public schools in the country. Our low in-state tuition means that if you wish to pursue an academic dream and basketball is getting in the way, you can afford to give up your scholarship. We have a great amount of classes with less than 20 students so you can get the attention you deserve.
Not only is our campus close to your home, it has a great amount of activities with around 500 student organizations to join. VCU also has a very diverse campus with a 60/40 female/male split and 43% of student body as minorities. Finally, if you are sick of being on campus, the Richmond nightlife is just off campus. I am sure you know the vast opportunity that living in the Virginia state capital holds.
James, I hope you consider our scholarship offer when you decide where you will continue playing basketball. Go Rams! James,

Oregon State offers G. Novak (90)

School Visit (3/5)
Dear Mr. Novak,
Let me sell you on Oregon State. Now, I'll start with the elephant in the room. Oregon State doesn't have a lot of historical basketball success. Our last NT appearance came in 2020. Additionally, I'm a new coach, so I haven't had much success either. There's not a lot of past prestige at Oregon State.
But you can help change that. We're projected mid 30s in talent, with our current commits, and with a little bit more help we can push into NT range. A program is being build here at OSU, and you can be a piece that helps us take the next step. As I've talked to other recruits about, a team suddenly experiencing new success generates publicity and attention for the program. A spotlight is placed on the key players who helped make the success possible. This helps these players get drafted.
Since you would be playing a major role on our team, you would gain this benefit. Your draft stock would be improved more so at OSU than other schools. In addition, you would play an immediate role on our team. Other teams might make you redshirt or basically never see the floor. Not us. You would play an immediate role, because we need all the help we can get if we're going to make a run to the NT. You would see the floor immediately, and wouldn't have to wait around a year or two to get any action.
You would be getting a quality education at Oregon State. We have a great Ecology program. Our Forestry (#2), Oceanography (#3), Mycology (#8), and Marine Biology (#8), are all nationally ranked programs. Your needs would be taken care of here. In addition, the campus life is great here. Corvallis and the campus are gorgeous, and you will fall in love with it the second you visit. Corvallis was ranked the #4 college town in the country by Forbes, and anything you expect, want, or need from a college town will be here, without major distractions to your education. There's plenty to do nearby Corvallis as well, from skiing, beaches, parks, etc., plus Portland nearby if you want to experience big city nightlife. We are a great spot for you, Mr. Novak, and you will love your time here.
Thank you for your time,

Hi Glenn,
How are you? I'm Coach SoulDra and I'd love for you to consider playing ball at Clemson this Fall. I'm in love with your fit in our system and I see you as a Guard who will be able to help space the floor to the three-point line. I want to have three or four shooters on the floor at all times; I can see you starting for our team by the middle of the season. In order to reach that goal, I promise to at least give you backup-level minutes this year and to always have your back for however long you choose to stay at Clemson. Once you reach that level, the starting spot will stay yours.
I also know that your social life is very important to you. As one of the players on our resurging team, you will be treated like a hero on campus.
So, what do you say? I admit that I am new to the college level, but I want to forge a reputation as a loyal coach who never abandons his players. I hope you'll take a chance on me and enroll here-- you'll do great!
Go Tigers!

Good afternoon, Glenn. How are you today? I'm ExtraLives, the new head basketball coach at Wake Forest University, and I want to first thank you for visiting beautiful Winston-Salem. Here at Wake Forest, we're looking to usher in a new era for men's basketball, and we think you could be a pivotal cog in the machine, and this is why we're offering you a full scholarship to come play basketball.
I'm gonna go ahead and cut to the chase -- as I mentioned earlier, it's the beginning of a new era for Demon Deacons' basketball. We currently have zero committed scholarship players, and as such we could offer you more playing time than any other school in the NCBCA. Combine the playing time you'd be seeing here, your talent, and the exposure and the level of competition you'd get from playing in the ACC and we can promise as much of a chance at making the NBL as any other school.
Now I'd like to take a moment to talk about academics. I've heard from many sources that academics are a major factor for you. Here at Wake Forest, we pride ourselves on our academics -- being one of the top academic schools in the NCBCA and having produced 15 Rhodes Scholars, many CEOs including the co-founder of Dish Network, and noted mathematician Phillip Griffiths. In addition, the research taking place in Wake Forest Innovation Quarter is constantly breaking ground in many fields, such as biomedical science for example.
Here at Wake Forest, we see today's students as tomorrow's doctors, lawyers, and leaders. I see you as one of those leaders, and could see you being a leader on next year's basketball team. At the end of the day, you may have many choices as to where you attend school, but you really only have two choices. Those choices are plain, boring routine or the exciting new era here at Wake Forest. Be a part of something new, a part of something exciting. Be a part of something special, Glenn. Come to Wake Forest.
I hope to see you on campus this fall.

Hey Pedro,
Thank you for taking the time to meet with us today. As you consider all your options for the next 4 years, we hope you make the right choice and come to Baylor.
First, we can offer you playing time. You'd a well-developed center, and as of right now you'd be our starter this year at Baylor. You have the size and skills to block, rebound, and shoot inside for us on a regular basis. We'd be looking at giving you anywhere from 20-25 minutes a game, and perhaps even more. We'd count on you every game, Mr. Pimentel, but we know you'll deliver. Even later on, with a bit of hard work and development, you'll be starting for us all 4 years.
Next, we can offer you loyalty. I'm just in my 2nd year here as Baylor coach, yet my loyalty ratings has risen 31 points from where it started, and I'm well on my way to becoming one of the most loyal coaches in the NCBCA. Not only that, but I am dedicated to you as a player and as a person, and I promise to be at your side throughout your time here at Baylor.
We can also offer you an education. We'll pay for your school so you don't have to, and you'll get a chance to study one of over 100 graduate and master's programs of your choosing. Plus, with a 15:1 student-teacher ratio, we'll make sure you get the academic support you need so that you can focus on basketball.
Though we aren't a particularly prestigious school, I believe we're on our way up after years of no coaching, and should soon have a good chance at an NT bid. And though we are a bit further away from your home state of New York, we'll help work out travel arrangements so that you can visit your friends and family back home, and vice versa.
Come join us in Baylor.

Scholarship
Hello Mr. Aguinaldo,
Today I am here to offer you a full scholarship to NC State. First off, I want to congratulate you on graduating High School. Here, you will be in the best environment to develop to your full potential. Also, you will be one of our best center. Here are some points I want to talk about.
Pro potential (5) : You are a long way from there, but if you put in the efforts, I can promise you that you will make the NBL. Also, here, you will be a star and that will make the scouts come and see you. Another thing that will make the scouts come to yours games is the fact that you play in the ACC, the best conference in the NCBCA. Finally, I think that you have the potential to get in the NBL.
Winning and Loyalty (3) : I am new here so these aspects doesn't represent this team well but I am implementing a new philosophy here that will see the number of wins increase in each season during the next four years. I can also promise you that I will still be coaching this team when you leave. Finally, I think that we will make one NT appearance in the next four seasons.
Education (4) : You want a great education don't you? You will find just that here in NC State as we offer you over 300 programs of study. Also, our average student gpa is 3.72, and our acceptance rate is of 49%. That means that we only accept the best students, and that includes you. To add to that, we have an A+ on the recognized website Niche. Finally, our education ranks in the upper half of the NCBCA standings, at 39th.
That finalize what I wanted to talk about, don't forget that my door is always open for questions, and good luck!!
FSU offers D. Aguinaldo #73
we are ranked #39 in the nation for education Niche gave A in education so we still give you a elite education so I can promise you that we will give you a variety of majors to offer and give you a great education that you can use later in life. We had a 17-13 record last year which was our first winning season in over 10 years which is a huge accomplishment for this program. For the past few years we have increased our win total and with you on the team we expect to be a great team next year. Since we have zero centers you will be getting between 20-30 minutes a night which is something you can’t get anywhere else as a freshmen. Your sophomore year you will be getting the most minutes for a forward or center and with opportunities like that you will be able to get noticed by scouts and build your NBL stock to be drafted. I have sent players to the pros the last 3 years... so fsu is the best place for you

Hello Albert! I have decided to offer you a walk on to attend Nebraska. For now, you will be redshirted but in your sophomore or junior year, you will be getting minutes on the court. You also want to go pro, which is why I am redshirting you for an extra year of development.
Come to Nebraska and nothing could go wrong.
Memphis offers Albert Kelley (86)
I'm getting old Albert. Okay, maybe not too old, but it sure as hell feels like it. I remember when Saturday nights meant pre gaming and ping pong, catching up with some old friends at the bar, then making the trip over the the club to dance the rest of the night away. Rum and cokes turned into recovery breakfasts in the morning at a local diner, and an afternoon snooze recharged the batteries to do it all again the next night.
Nowadays, those nights on the town don't happen as often as they used to. Don't get me wrong, I'll hit up Beale Street to celebrate on occasion, but the life of a coach doesn't permit as much freedom as someone with your youthful exuberance. The reason I bring up alcohol is because last night, I was sipping on a glass of Okanagan in my office on a Saturday night. As the Arkells' "Leather Jacket" played in my headphones, I couldn't help but reminisce about some of the good times I've had here over the years, and ponder over how far I've come, not only on a personal level, but as a collective, in the form of my life's work with the Memphis Tigers' basketball program. I was once just a kid from Northern New Brunswick, playing basketball, going out, and grinding away at a degree in which I had no idea where it would end up taking me. Fast forward a few decades in the future and here we are.
It was at that moment I received a text from one of my assistant, "Hey Doc - have you sent out the offer for Kelley yet?" "Oh yeah," I thought to myself, "that's the whole reason I came to the office tonight in the first place." And so, I picked up a pen and paper and began to jot down some ideas; things I wanted to talk to you about today, but it's safe to say all of that has gone out the window. The main thing I'd like to talk to you about this evening, is your player development, since as a raw prospect, that's going to be one of the most important aspects of your college journey. That's not to say that the other things are important, but that's just what I'm going to start out with because...
It's the perfect way to cap off this alcohol analogy. Albert - you may have heard the expression, "like I fine wine, I get better with time." Well, even more so than last night's Okanagan, I think that's going to be the case with you. As of right now, you're an extremely raw prospect, and while that's something other schools might see as a reason not to offer you, it's something my staff and I at Memphis love about you. You're an open book, with room to grow into an exceptional player at the college level, and we'd love to help you do exactly that, by filling the remaining chapters in the story that is your potential, with some of the knowledge and training that only the best developmental staff in the country can provide.
I hate how arrogant that comes across as, but I feel like it's important not to downplay something that instrumental, considering how important things like playing time, pro potential, and winning are in your decision. If you want to play, go pro, and win, you certainly can do that, but you'll need the support and expertise to guide you along the way. At Memphis, that's exactly what you're going to get.
In your first year with the program, I'd love to redshirt you, Albert. Now obviously, if this is something you're opposed to, it's off the table, but I'd like for you to at least hear me out on this one. Next season, we have as deep of a frontcourt roster as we've had in years, lead by Jonas Nichols and James Bassett, along with contributions from Shawn Talarico off the bench. Even if we were to land a guy like Eric Lopez, for instance (whom we are not actually pursuing), I really don't think we'd be able to offer him a huge role with absolute certainty. It's just what happens when you're bringing back two big men who have experience as Final Four starters, and one of whom who has already been an All American in this league.
Because the minutes just aren't there in the future, we feel as though a redshirt year to help save a year of eligibility is crucial to your development as a raw big man, and that it'll pay out huge dividends in your upperclassmen years. For the time being, you'll have the chance to compete against guys like Jonas, James, and Shawn every day in practice, and learn from the best, so that when those vacancies open up next year, you'll still have four years ahead of you to make a difference on one of the best teams in the nation.
Take a guy like Mario Campbell, for example. He came into Memphis as a 4-star walk-on and redshirted his first season with the team. By the time he was an upperclassman, he was a starter on back-to-back Final Four teams, and ended up being drafted in the second round of the NBL Draft. With the right mindset and dedication, there is no reason to believe your time in Memphis won't play out in a similar fashion.
Just look at guys like Steven Amato, Lindell Wigginton, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander - guys who were on nobody's radar coming out of high school, and who are now All-Star caliber players in the NBL. We help young men maximize their potential, and we'd like to do the same for you.
Improving your skills on the court doesn't just equal more playing time, but more it means being able to contribute to winning basketball. With 2 National Championships, 5 MWC Championships, and 4 Final Fours under our belt, Memphis is one of the most prestigious basketball programs in the country, with a storied history of success. We've won no less than 27 games in a season since 2020, and consistently re-tool our rosters with 5-star studs, who have been instrumental in securing our place atop the pre-season rankings, where we've ranked 1st in the country in talent since 2020. Simply put, at Memphis, you're going to win, win, and win some more.
With winning comes a spotlight, and where the light shines brightest, the scouts will go. Given our success on the court, and proximity to the NBL's Grizzlies, the city of Memphis truly is one of the best places in the nation to put yourself on a platform for the world to see. My staff and I have helped over 30 players reach their dreams of playing in the NBL, including 17 (a league best), who were selected in the lottery. From Lindell Wigginton in 2019 to Antony Hanks and George Page in 2027, Memphis has produced at least one top-5 pick in every NBL Draft throughout that span, and should continue to develop players at a high level given the constant influx of talent passing through on a yearly basis. In addition, we have experience when it comes to redshirts like yourself - Steven Amato and Mario Campbell were both drafted after playing as Memphis walk-ons.
Lastly, here are a few quick hitters before wrapping up:
Thanks for considering our offer Albert.
Au revoir,
DrJ

I'm ExtraLives, the new coach for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. You're a great player and we think you'd fit in perfectly here at Wake Forest. While we've had a tough couple of seasons here, this is the beginning of a new era here at Wake Forest, and we'd like for you to be a part of it. I've heard there are many other schools recruiting you, including Nebraska, Baylor, and Memphis. I've also heard that playing a little closer to home really matters to you. Nebraska, Memphis, and Baylor are all at least 500 miles further away from Princeton Junction than Winston-Salem. That's the difference between being able to take a weekend to go visit your girlfriend and not.
I'm also willing to offer you a scholarship. Whatever your decision, good luck and I hope to see you here in Winston-Salem!

Walk On
Hello Garrett. My name is kobe8143 and I am the HC of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Let's not waste much time and go over your main values in order to commit.
Education
People say Nebraska has a lack of education which I find completely false. I've seen many people with great majors and we have majors like MS in Agricultural & Biological Systems Engineering, MAE, MS in Architectural Engineering, MS in Chemical Engineering, MS in Civil Engineering, MS in Construction Engineering & Management, MS in Electrical Engineering, MEM in Engineering Management, and MS in Environmental Engineering. Obviously, there is way more than this amount, but here are some good ones that students have had. US News rated us in the rankings T56, but that is THERE OPINION. I promise you will have a good education in Nebraska Garrett.
Loyalty
Listen here, I used to be one of the most unloyal coaches in the NCBCA. I was not loyal to my former school Iowa State or the NCBCA. Yet, now I am about to enter Tier 4 which is the part where you enter top 30 in loyalty. The reasons why my loyalty has increased by 50 points is because I signed large contracts and promised the fans I will stay at Nebraska for the rest of my career, which is why I signed a contract thru 2039. I also kept promises to my players/recruits.
Campus Life
Our campus I think you are going to enjoy. Our school is all about sharing fun moments with students on campus and sports, but we take sports differently. Unlike other schools, we allow football players/basketball players to go in the stands before the game to hang with students, and yes they do still get there practice. A cool thing in Nebraska is the Sunken Gardens, that has over 500 plants and they smell amazing. No other garden is better, in my opinion, trust me I've been there, the smell makes you never want to leave. Anyway, overall, I think you will love Nebraska.
I hope to see you in red and white for the next 4 years Garrett! Go, Cornhuskers!

Hello, Harold! This is from Georgia's coach, offering you a walk-on spot on the team. Let's go over what makes UGA such a good fit for you.
I know we may not be the closest to you, and you want a school close to your home, and i will admit that i am not too close to you. However, we aren't across the country or anything, and you can come explore another state. And i know you want to go pro, unfortunately with your ratings you probably won't, but if you progress very good you will make the NBL. We don't have the best track record for winning, but we're on the rise, and won 17 games last year and will win more this year, and our Prestige is on the rise too. I know that Prestige is important to you, and for us it'll only go up. I will be loyal to Georgia, i just signed a new contract with them, why would i leave right after signing a contract? And i will be your coach throughout college as long as you're with us. Education is a very important thing to you, and while we may only be tied for 22nd out of NCBCA schools, that's still better than a lot of schools. And for campus life, look at all of the things you can do around Athens.

Hi Bert,
I am happy to talk with you today as I was impatient about talking with you. We offer you a full scholarship because we think that you can make an impact on this team in the present and in the future. Now, I want to talk about some points with you. We know that it is in your priorities to turn pro and we will try our best to get you there. Effectively, NC State have sent nine players in the pros including Zion Williamson, a lottery pick. Also, we heard that you wanted to win with your new team. Here, we will increase our number of wins each year you will be in Raleigh. Because I am a new coach, I don't think prestige is representative but you can expect our prestige to go up as I am implementing a new philosophy. Finally, I know that you want to stay close to home but why not come and visit a new city with a great campus and educated people. Our campus is very cool with over 900 student organizations and a very active greek life. To add to that, the campus is located very close to downtown Raleigh which means that you can go to bars and clubs if you want. Finally, I hope you choose our university and good luck.

Hey Stuart! Head coach of the Oregon Ducks here. We haven’t had a player from your area yet, but neither has most teams. We aren’t too far away from you considering you don’t have many teams around your area. You will love it here in Eugene! With 22 players drafted and 7 in the 2nd round where we expect you to go, you know you have a great shot here. We have made many success stories of walk ons getting maybe not in the NBL, but overseas and in the G-league. We have had a few be very close to drafted. We expect that to change next year with Lino Delrio. With a least some progression he should be drafted no doubt. We can get you there! With many walk ons getting close to drafted, of course they have been a big part of our team. Just last year Lino was a big part off our bench, now we expect him to be a starter. As a walk on, that could be you in a few years. So in if you progressed and work hard, you have a very solid chance to play in your later college years. You will be coming to a 26 win team from last year that won the PCC title. With 8 players from that team coming back and already 3 commitments from players. 2 GTs and a high 4 star with more to come. We are poised for a big season once again, and in a few years with you that shouldn’t change. We will win with you! A contract until 2043 and no options to get out of it, that is a loyal coach. Having been here since 2016, with it now being over 10 years after, you know I am committed to Oregon. With a loyalty score of a perfect 100, as well as the very first one to it, there is no one better. You wont find very many other schools that are higher, with Oregon being tied for 6th. That is a huge mark that isn't new to us. Having been over a score of 70 for about 10 years now, no one remembers anything before that. Our highest prestige being a fee years back, in 2022 when we only lost 2 games the entire season. We haven't looked back since having our score never touch the 70s. Now our education isn't something that will jump out at you, but seeing as you want almost everything in a college, sacrifices have to be made sometimes. And this is the only category out of them all that will have to do that for. Our education at Oregon isn't bad at all, but not where you would like it. But with quality classes and a helpful staff, I think it will be great for you. Go Ducks!

Hey Patrick! Head coach of the Oregon Ducks here. Location is important, although we arent do close we do have a great history of players from Massachusetts. Brian Clark, Taelon Martin, and Victor Marin all hailed from your same state. They were all great players for us, all of them. Location is a hurdle you can get over. Play time is important, and its what we can provide down the road. Lino Delrio was a walk on like you will be, last year for us he was our 7th man. Now this season we expect him to be a starter with progression or 6th man most likely. That could be you in a few years, and with our great development coaches, we think you will have great chance with some work put in. With 3 scholarship commits already and 2 more on the way, we already have one of the best rosters. With our high potential returning players we can be a top team in the nation. Coming off a 26 win season and a PCC title, we are ready for another big run. A prestige score of 81, tied for 6th in the league. We have been over that 80 mark for years now, and don’t plan on ever going below it. With our great team coming back, that score should rise. From 41 to 88 and few years back, an elite turnaround is one way to put it. A solid education is important for you, luckily we are in the top 50 for that. Not the best but better than many teams. I’m sure you will find it to be better than you think. There are plenty of things to do on campus. Such as hiking or going out on the water. Being out west is special because of the great nature and wildlife. You will see things and do things that you never thought you would do/see. Its a fun adventure that you dont wanna miss out on. Boston College offers Robert Fletcher (81) walk-on
Hi Robert, we’d love to have you come to Boston and play for the Eagles!
Location: 3 I can’t say that Boston is a half hour flight from Phoenix, but there are five daily flights from your part of the country to mine, and that’s not nothing. With the ease of flying these days, the distance will be a snap, especially considering how you live in Phoenix instead of North Dakota.
Pro Potential: 3 This school is a bigs production line, and I want you to be part of that. We have a proud history of recruiting and developing big players, and we want you to be the next piece of that. Kofi Cockburn, another big and now a proud owner of a NBL ring, was just the beginning. Not only that, but we have six NBL teams within 300 miles of this school, one of which is in our own backyard. You’ll also have the benefit of tons of playing time as our seniors graduate at the end of this year, but also the experience shadowing them.
Playing Time: 5
You know what we’re about to lose a lot of? Bigs. You’ll be joining Boston College at the precise moment that it loses most of its most iconic players, giving you the opportunity to play maximum minutes after learning from their experience for a year. I know that breaking into the team in the first year will be rough, but after a year of practice and learning the ropes of the Boston College system, you will be primed and ready to lead this team in minutes and in baskets.
Winning: 5
25-5. 22-8. 23-7. These are records coming out of the strongest conference in the country. We win, big, and we defeat big teams to do it too. We’re looking forward to being the #1 seed in the ACC North for the third consecutive year and hope that we’ll be able to get that #1 overall spot again. This is a hugely winning program in a competitive division, unlike the SEC or any other conference.
Prestige: 2
We’re a team on the rise. After starting from the bottom, we’re in the top 25 teams in the country and have the momentum. This is a program that will not stop until we are in the upper echelons of the sport all time, and we are working strong towards that goal. Not only that, but our senior team is poised to dominate all in its path and, hopefully, pick up our second conference championship and our first E8 appearance this year, so that should help.
Campus Life: 5
Boston College is a school of 15000 students nestled in a city of 200 000 students. This is the best college town in the country. If you ever get sick of our 200 student clubs, our picturesque campus bathed in history and on the National Register of Historic Places, or our eight magnificent libraries, you could never get sick of Boston as a city. A team in every major sport, a rabid fanbase, and a winning culture. Coffee shops that win national awards, and a music scene that draws envy anywhere in the world. Parks that stretch, literally, for miles. I could go on and on about Boston and Boston College, but, it’s safe to say that you’ll love it here.

Hi Everett,
I’d love to have you come to Boston College and play on our top-tier basketball program. We’re a program that loves to win, and feel you’d make a great part of our team for the next four years while you earn your degree.
Location: 4
I’m the first to admit, we’re not in the South. Massachusetts isn’t a half hour flight away, but it is only a two and a half hour hop from Atlanta! Logan to ATL is one of the highest trafficked routes in the country; so you’ll be looking at flights leaving every hour on the hour to get home. And, because it’s so popular, so many airlines fly it, so the tickets are actually fairly cheap. Round trip on Delta right now is at $126 so your parents will be able to visit all the time.
Playing Time: 4
You know what Boston College is about to have in spades? Playing time. I believe that redshirting you in your freshman season, giving you the opportunity to grow and acclimate to the coaching style here in Chestnut Hill will give you the ultimate platform to play on the biggest stage a year from now. Boston College is about to lose six players next season, five of them play in your position. We’re going to need players just like you to play maximum minutes, and while you’ll be learning the ropes year one, years 2 through 5 will be Friday Night Lights and the stands of Conte Forum cheering your name.
Winning: 3
We went 25-5 last season, topped the toughest conference and the most competitive division in the country. The year before that we went 22-8, but beat all but one national champion in OOC. The season before that, 23-7 with all freshmen. We’re looking for a third consecutive top seed in the ACC North and hoping to impress again with the top seed in the ACC overall.
Loyalty: 3
I’m on, what could best be described as a lifetime contract with Boston College. Not only that, but I have yet to cut any player on my team, and don’t intend to start now. Once you join this team, you’re going to have the chance, the full five years, to make the most of it and be a major part of this team.
Pro Potential: 2 This team is a production line of bigs. Kofi Cockburn just won the DPOY and a ring with the Knicks, and it doesn’t hurt that we’re located within 300 miles of six different NBL teams and the Celtic’s backyard. Our coaches are prepared with big players and practiced to turn you into a champion, and the extra year of development only gives you more opportunities.
Prestige: 2
Boston College is a team on the rise, and we look to continue dominating. We started at the absolute bottom of the country and have built into the top 25 teams in the country. We’re going to use the momentum we’ve built since I’ve started, and aren’t going to stop until we’re at the very top. It’s not just that this is a top school, we’re a top school on the rise.
Education: 2
We are one of the best schools in the country, ranked in the top 15 in the US News. Boston College, has also been recognized as the best center for theological learning in the world, outside of only the Vatican. We have top tier programs in business, economics, social work, literature and theology. This is a brilliant school, and you’ll find that we’re very focused on academics here.
Thanks for listening! We’d love to have you play for the Eagles!
