Dear Mr. Gillespie,
Here at Baylor you'd get a regular role off the bench (and maybe even a starting role), and with me as your coach I'd promise to be loyal to not only you but the program as well. My loyalty has increased by 31 points, and I'm well on my way to becoming one of the NCBCA's most loyal coaches.
While we can't offer you much in terms of winning right now, our team is young and well on its way toward becoming competitive with just 2 upperclassmen. Not only that, but our education ranks in the top half of the country, so you'll be able to pursue one of over 100 graduate programs. See you in Baylor!
Sincerely,

Hello Michael,
I am Coach Hunter from Virginia Commonwealth University. When I first drove up to Maryland to see you play, I had a hard time believing my preliminary information. “Really? Three stars?” Your natural ability makes you seem taller than you are since you can handle being in traffic so easily and match up against hybrid players so well. Your balanced shooting ability makes you a weapon anywhere on the court. Your ability to score a well-contested drive to the rim is exciting to watch. In addition, your accuracy from three-point range means the opponent’s defender needs to be good or lucky to defend you properly. Your talent makes you a great player coming off the bench, since you can provide a change in offensive dynamic without sacrificing defensive ability and matchups. This is why I am excited to offer you a position to play for VCU basketball!
With Brooklyn, Maryland only a few hours away from Richmond, I am sure you are familiar with our basketball program. The Rams basketball program is one of the more prestigious programs in the country. We may have struggled after winning the national championship in 2023, but my newly hired coaching staff are trying to change that by building off the experience we have and recruiting quality players like you. This rebuild will not be instantaneous but I am expecting better results than last season. I intend on rebuilding the program and try to capture another championship in the name of the Rams. I hope you will be on my side over the years as we work to this goal. During these years, the coaching staff here at Virginia Commonwealth will push you to grow as a player at our
VCU has a great educational program. We are very research-focused so you get hands-on experience in whatever you choose to major in. We are community oriented, especially within our medical school. This is great for the city of Richmond and state of Virginia, which I know you love. The best part of our school is our smaller class sizes with over 30% of classes at VCU have less than 20 students. This allows you to get the support you need in your educational development. Our school is a great value too. With our low in-state tuition, you can afford to drop our basketball scholarship if you wish to focus on your academics. Virginia Commonwealth is a great school, ranked in the top 100 for public schools and is fantastic value for whatever you choose to study.
Our location is great! I am sure that living so close to Richmond that you have visited before but you might not have stopped by the campus. The campus is in an urban setting in downtown Richmond, Virginia. Richmond is a great city with a vast amount of American history. It is close to your home, the ocean, Washington D.C. and the gorgeous Virginian countryside. I already talked about our Basketball Development Center being located in the city. Another great benefit of VCU’s campus being centered in Richmond is the amount of opportunities it gives the students. The food in the city is fantastic. Beyond the top rated restaurants and sights, the Richmond area is a short drive from Washington D.C., the ocean or the Virginian countryside. If on-site activities are more of your thing, then you can check out our 500+ student organizations or VCU’s thriving Greek life. With a student body of that is 60-40 female/male, there is plenty of diversity at VCU.
Michael - I, Coach Hunter, hope that you consider the Rams when choosing where you continue to play basketball. Come signing day, I hope you join the team at Virginia Commonwealth University. Go Rams!

Boston College offers R. Solomon (117) walk on
Hey Randy, can’t wait to see you suit up in maroon and gold!
Prestige: 5
We started at the bottom, and now we’re in the top 25. Boston College has become, not only a huge force in the conference, but a force in the country. After starting the program fairly recently, we’ve developed into an athletic powerhouse, and have cashed in, topping the ACC North for the last two years, and certainly a favorite to do it for a third. Our strong team is going to keep our winning ways together, and you should expect us to do even better next year.
Education: 5
Boston College is one of the best schools in the country. We have an excellent student/teacher ratio, at 12/1 and work to make sure that you can succeed in your chosen field. Our professors have taken us to be one of the top 15 schools in the country, but more than that, our alumni network in the Northeast is one of the best, our relationships with the major companies in the area is peerless. You’re joining a school that’s part of the city with the most innovative square mile on earth, and you’ll quickly see the kind of opportunities that can offer with the sublime education we offer.
Location: 4
We’re not down the street, but with 7 daily flights from Denver to Boston, you’ll find that access to home is a quick jaunt to the airport. They’ll be able to see you for major games, and we’re looking forward to making it over to the West coast during our OOC schedule, which will give you an opportunity to visit.
Pro Potential: 4
That different landscape, however, gives you the opportunity to access different scouting bases. Boston College is within three hundred miles of five different NBL teams, and they love visiting our games, especially regarding the kind of conference we’re in. Not only that, but we have a history with developing strong, big players, see Kofi Cockburn who just won an NBL ring and a DPOY award, as well as developing players to support you in that, like Kendrick McLean and Jeremy Funderberg.
Winning: 3
25-5 last season, #1 in the ACC overall. 22-8 and the #1 seed in the ACC North, with only one OOC defeat to a former National Champion. 23-7 the year before, with an entirely freshman squad. This is a team that wins.
Playing Time: 2
Boston College is about to be flush with playing time. Six of our seniors are graduating this year, and after a year of shadowing them, you’ll be in the position to lay a claim for a starting spot, especially with your experience and training with this program. We also play a rotation that heavily focuses on big players, which you’ll find is ideal for you.
Loyalty: 2
Top tier in loyalty. Never cut a player. Never left a team. That’s about all I can say

Hey Randy! Head coach of the Oregon Ducks here. One of the most important things is staying closer to your home in Colorado. We have had one player is the past come from Colorado, committing to us in 2021. He won both the PCC CT and the national tournament in 2022, while playing over 10 min per game and being a steady backup PG. Being with us for 4 years he brought a lot of things from Colorado to Eugene, so it will be an easier transition for you. We also play either Colorado or Colorado State most every year in cross division PCC play. Allowing for you to be in your home state if we are away. Having 22 players come through Eugene and get drafted in just the past 13 years, we can get you drafted as well if you really work hard and hold up your side on the bargain. A player near yours that we have helped gone pro is Edgar Hoy, the 84th ranked recruit is his class. You are already more polished than he was at the time. Hoy was a starter just a few years ago in the NBL and was the league leader in s major category, 3P%. If you put the work in he did there’s no doubt we can help you get to the next level. You will be a redshirt coming in, allowing for another year of college ball for when you get really good. You will be coached by the all time leader in wins in the NCBCA era, 282 with more to come. With a 26 win season last year and a PCC title, we are destined for even greater things. With the help of you in the future that will be done. With a contract until 2043 and a loyalty ranking of 100, you will be going to a loyal coach. Our prestige when I got here was low, bottom 40 in the league low. That was no problem for me as I got it up to over 70 in 3 years. The massive jump shows I got the program turned around, and then finally on top of the world in 2022 with a ring and a prestige score of 88. It had never fallen below 80, what I consider to be the elite mark. It is now 81 and has given since last year. Having many smart players come through the program, we can make Eugene your home with quality classes. That might not be in the top tier like what you would like, but it will take a little sacrifice. We have all other things you want, this is just a small thing you’ll have to deal. Tied for 46th it isn’t the worst, as we have strict requirements on our players grades to see if you can play. You will love it in Eugene!

Boston College offers David Frazier (113) walk on
Hey David, we’d love to have you fly over to Boston College and play for the Eagles.
Location: 4
We know we’re not the closest school in the world, but we’re actually only a short flight away, direct from Saint Louis, so your parents will be able to visit all the time, especially for the ACC Championship Game.
Pro Potential: 4
That distance comes with benefits though, we’re within 300 miles of 5 different NBL teams, and have a history with producing big players: Exhibit A: Kofi Cockburn, DPOY and NBL champ. I personally have success with Kendrick McLean and Jeremy Funderberg, and we’re looking forward to working with the newest crop of bigs. The scouts love seeing you perform on the biggest stage, and the ACC is exactly that.
Winning: 4
Not only will you play on the biggest stage, you’ll win there. 25-5 last season, #1 overall in the ACC. 22-8 the season before, defeating all but one national champion in OOC play. 23-7 before that, with a team of all freshmen. This is a winning team.
Education: 4
Boston College is one of the best schools in the country (Top 15, US News). Our class sizes are ridiculously small (12-1 student-teacher ratio), we have 8 libraries, including a rare book collection, and a dedicated group of education focused students.
Campus Life: 4
Boston College is a vibrant campus nestled in one of the most active student communities in the world: Boston. We have 200+ student clubs, a TV station, a radio station, two newspapers and a literary journal, celebrate our sporting successes like no one else (Hockey anyone) and love to turn out for big city events. The city has parks (Boston Common, Public Garden, Kennedy Greenway), Coffee Shops (Pavement, Revel), Clubs (Venu, Icon), and championship teams in every major sport.
Loyalty: 2
Tier 5 loyalty, never cut a player, never left a school. ‘Nuff said.
Prestige: 2
Boston College is on the rise, and are now in the top 25 teams nationally, after starting staring at the bottom of the barrell.

Hey David, I'd like to offer you the chance to play for a program on a steep rise, the Xavier Musketeers. With our first tourney appearance with only the secodn year of my reign, things are looking up for this program. It will be even better if you get on board!
I understand that you want to be able to win, and you'll do just that here in Xavier. Xavier is equipped to do exactly that. Firstly, they have a coached that is used to winning! Over my career, I have accumulated over 250 wins and belong in the top five total wins by active coaches! I can also boast three conference tournament rings! I have built many squads that have contended for a title, Dave, and Xavier is soon going to be amomg those. Xavier also does not lack the talent. In the frontlines is Patrick Wolfe and Jeffrey Kulik, among the biggest and most dominant rebounding duos in the league. We also have dangerous wing shooters such as Farrior and Lewis. With none of those players being graduating players, Xavier will be winning for a long time.
I've heard you also value education, which is a smart move and a good sign with the personality of recruits! Xavier may not be highly ranked by some services, but Xavier does well what a university is supposed to do, which is to prepare their students for the future. Within six months of graduation, 98% of these Xavier graduates are either employed or in grad school already. To go along with that, Xavier also has a student to instructor ratio of 12:1. With a number like this, you will be sure to get a lot of attention in the classroom. You also won't lack for choices, as Xavier offers over 80 undergrad degrees! Xavier is recognized by US News as the 4th best school in the Midwest, but it is more than that.
Speaking of the Midwest, you also be able to stay fairly local by going here to Xavier. Xavier is located in Cincinatti, which like Missouri, is located in the Midwest. You will be able to get here from MO with less than half a day's drive, and an hour or so of flight. You will not miss home much from here!
You will also be playing under a coach that has player development as his calling card. I have sent over 24 players to the NBL draft. You can almost make two 15-man rosters with that. Headlining this pack is Romeo Langford, Jalen Suggs, and Cristian Varela, all of which got drafted in the top 10. Jalen is quite a decorated one, he is an NBL Champ, a Finals MVP, and an All-NBL teamer. He is still currently the premier playmaker in the league. Romeo meanwhile is an All-NBL calibre player. He can score as good if not better than anyone else. Cris meanwhile just recently got his first All-NBL nod!
Boston College offers John Haynes (120) Walk On
Hi John, we would love to see you play here in Chestnut Hill for the next few years.
Loyalty: 5 This is a team that lives and breathes loyalty. Not only am I in the top tier of loyalty for coaches, but I’ve built a team that is incredibly loyal to this school itself. There are six seniors on this team, and they’ve all coalesced as a group around the program, rather than for themselves. This gave us the ability to overperform expectations every year, and we’ve topped the ACC North for two years in a row because of it, beating out Georgia Tech for the top spot last year. I have never cut a player, nor have I ever left a school, and will be here from the second you step onto the court to the second you walk out the door with a diploma.
Location: 4
While we’re not as close as you might prefer, we’re not that far either. Boston has 4 flights a day nonstop to Indianapolis, and at less than $150 round trip, you can be home in just a couple hours, which would mean that your parents could visit as often as they would like!
Winning: 4
25-5 last season, top in the ACC overall. 22-8 the year before, racking up wins against former champions Stanford, former champions VCU, two time champions Indiana, former and defending champions Texas, and former champions Villanova. We defeated all but Oregon (a one point loss in Eugene) and Memphis, who took it all. The year before that, with a Freshman team we went 23-7 and vaulted from the 8th ACC N seed to the 2nd ACC N seed. This is a team with a winning history, and we’re going to be winning for a long time.
Prestige: 4
All that winning has winned us plaudits, fans, and good press. We’re recognized as a team that plays good team basketball, and we’ve done it well to rise up from rock bottom of this league to the top 25 teams in the country. Not only that, but we’re also a team on the rise, rather than one plummeting through the ranks. We’re going to keep working hard until we become the best team in the country, and we’d love you to be a part of that.
Education: 3
This is one of the best schools in the country - US News ranks us within the top 15 - but, more than that, we care about our students. Boston College has a 12-1 student teacher ratio, and an alumni cadre that will always reach out to help. From Dannel Malloy to John Kerry, our alums demonstrate the prestige that this university exudes. We have top ranked programs in business, economics, social work, and theology, where we’ve been praised as the top center for Roman Catholicism outside of the Vatican. Not only that, but the Boston Metro area is so packed with companies in every field that you will be able to learn by doing, and gain experience at any of the major companies that have been built in our nation’s historic center. Eight libraries, a rare books collection, and an art collection round out our educational qualifications, as well as a top ranked graduate studies program (and law school).
Pro Potential: 2
Located within 300 miles of 5 NBL teams, you’ll find no shortage of scouts at our games. Winning at the highest level (the ACC) only brings more teams to watch at the Conte Forum. We also have a strong history with big men, having developed DPOY and NBL Champion Kofi Cockburn, as well as other recent success stories (personally, Jeremy Funderberg and Kendrick McLean). We’re a big player production line, and we can’t wait for you to join us in that.
Playing Time: 2
We’re about to have a ton of spots open in our starting roster, with 6 players graduating this year. After a year you’ll be indoctrinated in our coaching system, and ready to grab the starting spot with gusto. The possibility is there, you just have to take it

Boston College offers Jerome Taylor (123) Walk On
Hi Jerome,
We would love to have you join us at Boston College to be a student athlete with the Golden Eagles Basketball team.
Education: 5
Primarily, we want you to understand that you’d be a student athlete. Boston College is one of the best schools in the country - ranked by US News within the top 15 academic institutions in the NCBCA - and that means that we are extremely dedicated to our students. 12-1 student teacher ratios, eight libraries housing anything you could imagine, including a rare books collection and an arts museum, and an alumni cadre that can rival any other school in the Northeast. Dannel Malloy, John Kerry, Marty Walsh, Tom Clancy, the list goes on and on. Boston College makes sure that you can benefit from the alumni experience here, making sure that the relationship between our current students and our former students is strong. We’re also located in the city with the most innovative square mile on earth, giving us tons of companies with which you can intern with and be a strong part of. That means more learning by doing, less moving around during the summer and more being a part of something big. We have more companies in every industry here, and have sent countless grads to each.
Winning: 4
25-5 last year, top seed in the toughest conference. 22-8, with only one OOC loss to a National Champion. The year before that, we went 23-7, and are looking more and more like the team that won the Conference Tournament not that long ago. This is a team dominated by one of the most fearsome groups of seniors in the game, so you’ll be a part of a team that has the experience to bring the title home.
Loyalty: 4
In terms of loyalty, I have never left a team, never cut a player, and remain in the top tier of loyalty as one of the youngest coaches in that group. Not only do I have loyalty to my team, but my team has loyalty to itself. This group of students has been together for four years now, and are going to be graduating together. No one has left early, and they have been described as playing some of the best team basketball around.

Hey Mario,
I feel so old asking you this, but are you familiar with Elvis Presley? I know back when I was a kid, I didn't really know much about his, but I would often hear name brought up in high esteem, so I just figured he was a pretty important guy. Later on in life, though, I would go on to realize he was more than just the guy who sang "Hound Dog" between whistles at the hockey game. He was actually one of the greatest musicians of all time, who just so happens to hail from the city of Memphis, Tennessee.
Now, in these parts, Elvis is a hero. The entire state of Tennessee is known for their music: In Nashville, you have the country scene, whereas in Memphis, you have the birthplace of rock n' roll. I mean, one of the main attractions of the city is Graceland - the former home of Elvis Presley. Sorry, I'm getting off topic a bit. The reason I'm bringing up Elvis is because way back when, not everyone believed Elvis would end up becoming Elvis.
Back in the 1950s, Elvis was once told to "stick to driving a truck, because you'll never make it as a singer
Maybe that happens, maybe it doesn't; but if does, why not have it happen in Memphis, Tennessee at THE University of Memphis? Here are a few reasons why Memphis and Mario Hoke are a great fit:
Winning: Memphis is tied for 2nd all-time as the winningest program in college basketball with Texas, where we rank behind only the storied Indiana Hoosiers. In my 11 years with in Memphis, we've been to four Final Fours, won four MWC Championships and two NCBCA Championships. The last time Memphis has lost more than three games in a season, 2x NBL Champion, R.J. Barrett, was a senior in high school. Simply put, there are few programs in the nation who rival our consistency and longevity in the winning department.
Prestige: As a result of our success on the court over the years, we've earned recognition as one of the most prestigious programs in the nation as of late. In fact, we've topped the NCBCA Prestige Index Rankings for consecutive seasons, and have placed in the top-5 of those same rankings every year since 2021. In the world of college basketball, where players, coaches, and schools are always coming and going and rising and falling, it's rare to find a program like Memphis who has continuously produced a high-quality product and experienced success every single year. Memphis has been home to the pre-season #1 team for eight straight seasons, and have earned 1-seeds in the NT in six of those seasons.
Location: If you pull up Google Maps on your iPhone XX, you'll have to zoom out a little ways before you find Tennessee on the map, assuming you're starting out back home in Schenectady. What you won't find, though, is the fact that Memphis can relate to New York more than you might think. How is that? Well, over the past few years, we've had a handful of players from the area, and I think it's safe to say we have a bit of a minor pipeline from the state. Robert Culler of the Bronx is a current New Yorker on the roster right now. He came in last year with George Page, another Bronx kid, in the recruiting class prior to 2027. While George is no longer with the team after being the 2nd overall pick in the NBL Draft, he is joining some other Northeastern studs in the pros. Steven Amato of Franklin Village, NY is a four-time All-NBL defensive player currently playing for the Dallas Mavericks, and D.J. Wagner is a Jersey native who played a major role on two-straight Final Four teams during his time here. We'd love to have you join our Northeast family living out here in Memphis!

Cal offers Lonnie Jackson (121)
Walk-on
Dear Lonnie,
As the new coach of the University of California-Berkeley Golden Bears, I am seeking out athletes that seek to excel both on the court and in the classroom. Your perfect 4.0 high school GPA and desire to go to a school that will nurture your academic development and challenge you means that you are a great fit for the next era of our program. Cal prides itself on being the premier public university in the nation, with our #7 NCBCA overall ranking being the best among all public schools. At Berkeley we pride ourselves on providing the best educational resources possible, using our massive endowment and public funding to secure numerous top of the line facilities, highly regarded professors, and superior student services. Our size is a big advantage in that aspect, and as you would expect the tradeoff to that being a lower quality of student body, but, while usually true at public universities, that is very much not the case at Cal, as our 16% acceptance rate means you will only be surrounded by the best of the best, selected meticulously from a humongous applicant pool.
Cal may have not been one of the most well known programs at the start of the NCBCA era, but our steady improvement leading to breakout results in the last few years has made us household names among college basketball fans. We started off with a paltry prestige rating of 35, but worked ourselves all the way up to 13th in the nation at 73. Cal is now a team that everyone expects and knows will compete for national honors on a yearly basis.
I spoke about the success of Cal in the last few years, and I think that very certainly this success will carry on to your time at the university. The squad you were joining was the one that (once again, a theme is Cal basketball) shocked the world with an upset of Boston College in the national tournament and advanced to the Sweet Sixteen. Also, this team won 28 (regular season) games the year before that. We have prominent returners such as Michael Delacruz and Christopher Dickson, and plan to combine our returning talent with new recruits (trust me, I'm aiming high this year) to build a team even better than the last few.
Cal is situated in probably one of the best locations for a school in the nation. We are on the amazing, warm, and fun West Coast that you know well, in arms grasp of two of the best cities on the West Coast in Oakland and San Francisco, and have a great college town of our own. I know that you don't care much about this, but we also afford you the opportunity to stay close to home, which even if you don't appreciate I'm sure your mom would. However one thing that you really should care about as a walk-on is our ability to offer you in-state tuition, which schools in other states cannot give you. This could be a difference in many thousands of dollars, and I encourage you to take this into consideration when making your college choice.
That about wraps up what I have to say to you Lonnie. I hope that you choose Cal for the next step in your basketball career!

Dear Mr. Brown,
We are a great fit for you, Mr. Brown. I'll admit, we're not close by, but we are a rising program who is close to success. You can help us get there. As I'm sure others have mentioned, you have a ton of raw talent. Other teams might make you sit for 2+ years until you get playing time. We will play you this year. We will let you develop, but at the same time you will see the floor. A lot of other teams can't offer that. In addition, we're extremely close to NT level, and if we can get there, that new publicity will help you get to your dreams of making the NBL.
In addition, I am a coach who values loyalty. I am going into my third year, and so far I have yet to break a promise. I have no intentions of leaving Oregon State any time soon, and I will be here throughout your entire career. I don't just look at numbers, I look at the player. I respect you, and value your respect.
You will be getting a quality education at Oregon State, and will enjoy your time on campus. Corvallis is one of the best college towns in the country! There is tons to do, and you will love and enjoy your time. You will fall in love with the gorgeous area the second you visit.
Come to Oregon State, you will not regret it.

Hi Richard,
How are you? I'm Coach SoulDra and I'd love for you to consider playing ball at Clemson this Fall. I'm in love with your fit in our system and I see you as a Guard who will be able to help space the floor to the three-point line. I want to have three or four shooters on the floor at all times; with my guidance, I can see you starting by next year. In order to reach that goal, I promise to at least give you backup-level minutes this year and to always have your back for however long you choose to stay at Clemson. I'm new to the college level, but I want to forge a reputation as a loyal coach who never abandons his players. I hope you'll take a chance and enroll here-- you'll do great!

Hey Richard, hope you're doing well. I'm ExtraLives, the new head basketball coach at Wake Forest University, and I wanted to formally congratulate you on your great season, both on and off the court.
Now, it's probably pretty obvious why I'm contacting you -- we would like you to come play basketball here at Wake Forest University. This is the beginning of a new era, and we feel that you could be an integral piece of something truly special. There are lots of schools that could say you'll get a lot of playing time, but here at Wake Forest, especially given that we have no currently committed scholarship players, I can assure you that we can offer more playing time than any other school in the NCBCA. On top of that, there are four things that truly matter when looking at pro potential -- coaching, exposure, talent, and competition. You have the talent, and here at Wake we can provide you with the coaching. On top of that, by coming to Wake, you'd get the maximum amount of exposure and competition from playing in the ACC, against the likes of Duke and Georgia Tech.
In conclusion, you have many options but there are really only two options. One is routine -- boring, repetitive, yet comfortable. If that's the type of person you want to be, then it's completely understandable. On the other hand, however, we can provide you with something new, something exciting, something that can, and if given the chance will, be better than the current routine. Be a part of something exciting, Richard. Come to Wake Forest, be a part of something special.
I hope to see you on campus this fall.

I am very confident that you will be a mainstay on this roster for four years.
I also know that your social life is very important to you. Clemson is one of the most beautiful places in the world. We are comfortably surrounded by beautiful mountains, three different lakes, and are a three-hour drive to Charleston, one of the nicest cities in the United States. The Princeton Review calls us one of the “Ten Happiest Schools” in the U.S and also says that we rank #5 in “Town-Gown Relations.” In the short time that I have been here, nearly every student has expressed his or her love for the school and hope that I make the Basketball program even another reason to love it here. And make no mistake- Clemson University fully embraces its “Sports School” label. Nearly every credible college ranking lists our student body as one of the best at packing stadiums for every sporting event. The students, faculty, and alumni all love the Basketball team and want to see it succeed. As one of the players on our resurging team, you will be treated like a hero on campus.
So, what do you say? I admit that I am new to the college level, but I want to forge a reputation as a loyal coach who never abandons his players. Clemson has not performed in the past few years, but I truly believe that players like you will can take this program to the top. I hope you'll take a chance on me- and yourself- and enroll here-- I promise that you'll be great!

However, you should still consider us. We're a beautiful school, and have a beautiful campus. We were ranked the #4 College Town in the Country by Forbes. If you expect a college town to have something, we have it. There's tons of stuff to do around Corvallis as well, such as beaches, parks, skiing, and Portland. It's a lot different from Florida, but give it a chance. You'll fall in love with it the second you come.

Hey Jon, how are you? I'm ExtraLives, new coach at Wake Forest. We're building something special to start this new era of Wake basketball, and we would love for you to come join us.
I have heard that education is important to you, and here at Wake it's pretty important to us, too. That's why we're one of the top ranked academic schools in the country and why we have 18 Rhodes Scholars. We also have the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter, where ground breaking research is being done daily in important fields such as biomedical science.
Of note, I mentioned earlier that this is the beginning of a new era at Wake. We currently have zero committed scholarship players, and as such can give you more playing time than any other program.
You may have many options as far as schools, but you truly only have two choices. One is for routine -- plain, boring, yet comfy, great for many people. Your alternative is the excitement that comes from something new. Something fresh. Be part of something special Jon, come to Wake.

Location: We are about 8 hours from your hometown, and Purdue has become a breeding ground for top Sunflower State talent - Jeremiah Robinson-Earl and Frank Janousek, two of the best Kansans in NCBCA history, became Boilermakers. Robinson-Earl was also from the KC area, just like yourself.
Pro Potential: Jeremiah and Frank are two of the many players I've sent to the pros during my career. Robinson-Earl was considered a bust and likely grad transfer - after a year under my coaching, he became a first round pick. Douglas Bartos, much like yourself, was a three-star recruit who walked on to the team. He realized his childhood dreams, being drafted 49th overall by the Nets after developing into a star at Purdue.
Playing Time: Purdue lacks depth, we only have two starting-caliber players. Assuming you develop, you would easily be able to get minutes.
Winning: Before last season, we had four consecutive seasons above .500. We're going all out this recruiting season and could easily repeat, or go beyond, our success.
Loyalty: My rating is average because I retired due to personal issues - however, since I've returned I've been fully dedicated to the program.
Education: Purdue is rated 24th in the NCBCA, but there's much more to us than that. We offer 211 majors and class sizes of 12:1, so you'll be able to get the education you want. Also, don't worry too much about costs, as Niche gives us an A+ on value
Campus Life: Over 900 different student organizations
