so, in the city of stop and frisk, Vera's troops grab Elliot and throw him backpack and all in the trunk of a vintage chrysler. Yes, time is of the essence in a street abduction but the privacy gives Elliot time to use his or Wellick's phone to text Leon, and he can have that dark army Berretta 9mm pointing at them when the trunk pops. will see how cold he is when he gets to the good doctor and Vera.

I'm pretty certain that Vera is Elliot's third personality that has been hidden all these years. Makes sense since he went to prison, scares his mum and young self in that board room scene.

So Vera kidnapped himself? Elliot's personalities inhabit only one body and can only be in one place at a time. I assumed the scenes in the episode were taking place at the same time.

@Rob D And Also Krista wasn't acting like she was being held by Elliott...

So who's the third persona?

I liked the episode but I expected more. Nothing happened to Darlene, Olivia or Krista. Very back and fourth. But Vera’s story was funny and terrifying nonetheless.

This season is truly the nightmare before Christmas for all concerned. All of the characters are hostages of the situations they have created for themselves - even the perpetrators. I guess even Elliott's alter-ego Mr. Robot even has limits. White Rose wants to see Elliot but Vera has other ideas. Who will win this contest? The question is does anyone get out of this alive?

Superb episode! Can't wait to see how this all ends.

When Olivia asked Elliott how many people he had hurt to get what he wanted, I thought, "Millions. Maybe billions." It was mainly what Mr. Robot wanted, but Elliott wanted it too. He's been an antihero to me since the second season. Not the love-to-hate kind of antihero: the tragic, doomed kind. The kind you know should be punished but you want to comfort.
