I am increasingly mystified by the cost of NYC and what one might consider "pros and cons". In the first $2.2 million 2 bedroom the "pros" includes a washer and dryer? Views of the 59th Street Bridge? Oh, and the common charges are a bit high at over $2,000 a month. Remarkable. No mention of the fact this is one of the most traffic congested places in New York.
