The Jets and Giants are both heavily favored to meet in the Toilet Bowl in this season. Best wishes and flushes to New Jersey's two NFL powerhouses.

@Socrates Prediction for November 10th at MetLife: Jets laying 2.5. But then again who knows. Will probably be both teams only entertaining game this year. And I say this as a Giants fan.

23-9 is an absurdly high success rate for Mr. Hoffman to achieve. Are the point spreads he is using actually available from odds makers?

And I hope he is allowed by the NYT to bet the games himself.

Exactly how much money did he collect this year from Oakland and New England ?
Trader2099 (Florida)
@Jake Ryder NE gave him a $62,000 check for the one game. Now he is digging into his savings.

Hey New York, how about a bit more focus on the other NY team, Buffalo, that roasted the local ones back to back.

Buffalo is the only NFL team that plays in NY, JLater.

My Patriots did the right thing—however reluctantly—in releasing Antonio Brown. Unfortunately for the franchise, its flagship carries too many barnacles. It didn’t need any more. It was classy of Brown, on his final day, to thank Robert Kraft and the organization for the opportunity to play pro football. It may be some time before Brown surfaces on another roster, but with the electronic paper trails that he carelessly left in the wake of these latest allegations, he may not find work soon. Aaron Hernandez’s murder conviction and subsequent suicide probably factored into the Patriots’ decision. Players have got to understand that they cannot represent a pro football team while presenting themselves as threats to other people.

@Red Sox, ‘04, ‘07, ‘13, ‘18 Yet Brown had the opportunity to be signed despite seemingly being a sexual abuser of women, while Colin Kapernick, a guy with values and skills sits idle. The NFL is the epitomy of hypocrisy.

@Bocheball: I saw your reply last night and regret not posting this response sooner: you're 1000% correct. Colin Kaepernick has a unique skill set even if he is no longer a top-drawer player. But what team will sign him? There are teams galore now with quarterback issues and not one of them, as far as I know, has contacted Kaepernick's agent. This astounds and disappoints me. You can protest social injustice yet a sexual predator is free to roam an NFL field. Some jerk of an owner will take a flyer on Antonio Brown. Soon. Watch.

@Red Sox, ‘04, ‘07, ‘13, ‘18 While I see your point, this article is about betting the point spread. AB wasn't mentioned once. But anyway, two days later, AB fired off Trump-esque tweets about Kraft and his former QB Big Ben, with those about Kraft referencing massage parlors and "different strokes". So much for class.
