I wish every new restaurant that opens up good luck, but for every 1 that opens, about 5 close who haven't even been open that long.

A mind-boggling variety of new restaurants, just about each one planning to offer his own version of two or more mixed national cuisines. The tastes of New Yorkers should be well served and even saturated for a few years.
