Thank you for your advice. I never heard of xiao long bao and, obviously, never tasted it. Shall look for it.
In the slide show the photos and descriptions either didn't show for all the dishes and/or the descriptions would disappear after a few seconds.

I've never had shumai with rice inside. Can someone enlighten me?
@Paula H I prefer Cantonese-style pork siu mai without rice, but I have had mushroom siu mai that had rice mixed in with the vegetables.

Shanghai shaomai uses glutinous rice, according to Wikipedia. As to my taste, I like neither Chinese, nor Russian or German dumplings boiled, but only fried.
