That Cobble Hill apartment is very disappointing. You'd think they'd maintain some of the original features of the church, but instead they've created an apartment that could be anywhere.

The West Village apartment is appropriately listed here as a 1-bedroom apartment, yet it is listed as a 2-bedroom in both the New York Times Real Estate section and on the broker's website. How can this be?

Wow more houses for the wealthy...I work for the City and make about 32,000 a year. I rent out a rat infested sub cellar, because its either that or a homeless shelter. I would like to see the NYT write about where i can rent a decent size crawl space or sub cellar, because i bet it would relate to a lot more people.

@Danny I agree Danny. It would actually be great to have some features of rentals (in this weekly NYT Real Estate space) where people with "real salaries" can rent in a clean, safe space. I stress clean and safe.
