Many people — younger people especially - are simply ignorant of the risk factors and don’t monitor their health because they think that being young makes them invincible. I shared this article with the Millennials in my family. As someone who found out that she had High Blood Pressure AFTER having a Stroke, I want them to know what types of conversations they should be having with their doctors. Thanks for the information.
