Wonderful to devote an article of his own to IK. Big guys clearly have also their own set of challenges. The article makes that clear.

Cool he’s still Playing. But he should not be mentioned in the same breath as Federer and his level at 37.

The match against Monfils will be amazing. Two of the most talented players never to have won a slam.

Brad Gilbert calls him "Doctor Ivo." Perfect.

I saw Ivo play a few days ago in the second round of Indian Wells on the smallest of the outer courts. It's the first time I've seen him play in person after years of attending the tournament. He won a close match against a much younger top 12 opponent. He does have an incredible serve but he also moves the ball around well during rallies and can finish points with his forehand. It's great to see players doing well in the late stages of their careers. Ivo was clearly excited to win that match and I'm glad to see him in the round of 16.
