Taxes in Chapel Hill are high.

The Marblehead house is an 18th century building, not 1880

The home in Chapel Hill is quite attractive but I question the prices on all three homes. $450,000 plus taxes is a lot of money. Where is real estate going? It's not pretty.

Mt. Adams is a wonderful neighborhood. For those who are unfamiliar with Cincinnati, Mt. Adams is a hill just east of downtown. It's very walkable, with panoramic views of downtown, the Ohio river, and northern Kentucky. There is a small shopping district with restaurants, bars and gift shops. It's a great place for people who want a pleasant urban neighborhood.
