Westworld is amazing. And Pose is as sappy as a tree in Vermont. What are you on?

Of course “The Good Fight” has low viewership. However wonderful the actresses in it are, one just doesn’t feel like paying for what is, after all, regular good old broadcast tv fare. Greed is killing what could be a nice golden egg laying hen.

There’s just too much content out there to pick from. We’ll always be disappointed our favorite was left out.
"The Bodyguard" deserves every nomination it gets.
It's intelligent, fast-paced and very au courant when it comes to depicting the current boondoggle of British politics, plus it stars Keeley Hawes who is absolutely amazing in just about everything she does (see "Line of Duty").
One could only wish for more smart TV programs like this.
As far as "Maniac" is concerned, yes it's got some funny bits and Jonah Hill does an interesting serious acting turn, but check out the Norwegian version if you can (it's on Netflix) if you want a laugh. It's a real hoot!

I thought for the most part "The Bodyguard" was beyond belief. There were a few awesome moments that I didn't see coming, but largely I thought the bodyguard scenarios were too Hollywood and the ending was simply nauseating. He was always the hero in every situation and frankly, the story line became boring. Heck, the story lines of "Ozark" and "Bosch" were more believable.
Just glad to see that Patrica Clarkson and Jason Bateman were recognized for their high caliber of talent. Grossly disappointed that Sterling K. Brown was not nominated. His reading of the phone book could make me weep - he's that brilliant.

I stumbled on The Bodyguard a few weeks ago and was hooked. Fast-paced and relentlessly intense, with flawed, charismatic characters and a plot-line that never took a breather. Up there with Prime Suspect and Broadchurch as one of the best British crime/drama series I've seen...and makes the current crop of British crime dramas available through streaming feel like slim pickings.

Richard Madden was fantastic in the political thriller Bodyguard as a veteran suffering from suppressed PTSD while serving as the bodyguard (kind of like Secret Service) for a British Cabinet official. His performance in Episode 6 alone is worth the nomination.

Mr. Madden is a very good actor. But then, most people who have explosives adhered to their body will react in a similar fashion.
