Is there a specific size for the image?
Michael Gonchar (Brooklyn)
@Brenda Larabee We don't specify a specific cartoon size or image size in the rules. My advice would be to make sure the image has good enough resolution for us to publish it, if it were selected as a winner. And you can look through past winners to see that cartoons in many different sizes have won. There may be a maximum file size that the image uploader allows, but I don't know what that limit is.

Question? I teach 7th grade Geography and most of my students are only 12. Is there a possibility that they could enter?
Michael Gonchar (Brooklyn)
@Katie Unfortunately, students under the age of 13 cannot enter the contest. The age limit has to do with the COPPA rules, which define a different level of internet privacy for young people ages 12 and under. I know this causes headaches for many 7th grade teachers!

Hi there, What file types are supported for this contest? Our students only have access to chrome books, and they are submitting their files as PDFs, but the form keeps telling us that this file type is unsupported. Sam Futrell

@Samantha Futrell Image files like JPEG and PNG are compatible. But PDFs, as you noticed, are not. Students can convert their PDF files to image files. Or, they can take a screenshot of the image in the PDF file, crop it, and submit the new image file.
