Instead of impeaching the president--a more than worthy candidate--I support impeaching Clarence Thomas. His confirmation hearing was an insult to American women, and especially to a woman of color from a man of color. And recognizing that some of the same incompetent male Senators--Hatch and Grassley--have learned nothing since that long ago hearing--Anita Hill's appearance was a last minute one--we see why the Republican Party has become a pathetic joke. When Czar Nicholas II turned 21, he wrote in his journal: "Now my education is over!" Consciously, he was referencing that at age 21, he was no longer required to have his tutors everyday. But reviewing what happened to his reign and to the House of Romanov, he is like some of our senile Senators---he stopped learning, he stopped listening, he most trusted advisor was the Czarina, his wife, to whom he acquiesced in her trust of Rasputin. Trump has an even worse advisor--his gut.
