I'm surprised the Russian make LADA doesn't appear in puzzles more often (or ever), since I'd think the letters would be useful. To my surprise, the firm still exists; I thought the legendary Soviet car was no longer being made.

I'm old enough (and know enough about old cars) to be aware of all these car/model names, at least those that appear to be actual words, and/or were developed by American carmakers.
The ones I have difficulty with are the (mainly) luxury foreign model names made up of seemingly random letters; e.g., XKE, the Jaguar model that appeared in a puzzle last week. We didn't see those when I was growing up on the farm in the Midwest. :)
