Just words from de Blasio. He will accomplish nothing in the next two or three years, except more words.
De Blasio's voters are getting exactly what they voted for. Words, with no substantive accomplishments. I just hope none of these voters' children die because of those votes.

Here is an idea: Replace individual apartments for NYCHA with high-density dormitories, knock down the aging buildings, and call it a day. Free/below market housing should not be as nice as low-end market rate housing. You get what you pay for.
