I don't remember seeing Souvlaki Lady. Next time I go to Kyclades Restaurant across Ditmars I'll keep my eyes and nostrils open!

40+ years ago I was a walking telephone tech for NY Telephone in the financial district. I ate on the run and loved having carts like this one. There was enough variety of foods and it got better as more carts were allowed that I could vary my menu choices during the week. Hot dogs today, souvlaki or a giro today, tomorrow Chinese tomorrow. It was a hot meal much appreciated on cold winter days and without waiting in some overcrowded expensive financial district restaurant. It's one of the few things I most miss about working in the city. And the onions on the hot dogs. You can't get them anywhere else. Are they doing pizza from a cart yet? I knew a cart that had stromboli and calzones but pizza was a hard one.
