how deep would it have to be installed in the ground for it not to be tipped over by the wind?

Also be sure to ask: What is it like to live next door to one of these giant windmills? It is noisy? Do the vibrations give some people headaches? How many migrating birds do these windmills kill each year? Is that a good thing? Are these windmills pretty? Prettier than the countryside where they are located? Would you like one of these windmills in your back yard?

Well, they do need room for lots of them because one will just not cut it to provide enough power for their price, especially in places that are windy. If I had a farm, I would not care to have a windmill for several in my property as long as I am getting something from it or a pay for "renting" the property it is on. Again, if I had a farm, I would want the on my property so I could be providing more than just farming. But I have never heard them before so ill make sure to listen to them before i ever used them.
