Furniture-Building Robots

I believe having this type of technology available could help when it comes to building furniture. In some way I think it could help avoid stress to people caused by assembling and putting complex pieces together, since we tend to stare at the pieces before starting to build, while the robot spent a few seconds to match the parts like the one in its manual and then doing it within a matter of minute. Having a robot build your furniture for you can also expand your time for other tasks since they work faster and sometimes more efficiently, you buy the piece and then have the robot build it for you, while you are finishing other things that may be more important. Even though the robot did not succeed the first time, it is still a good piece of tech that could help out in the future with even more complex tasks in my opinion. It would be cool to have a robot do your chores or cook your food when your in a hurry, they offer in house hospitality when they work correctly. As of right now, the robot works by following its manual but sooner they could work similar to humans and it could benefit our lives in some ways.

I would definitely like to have an assistant robot to help out. If I had a robot I would want one that knows how to make food for me so that way when I wake up, I can make up to this sweet smell of food. It would definitely improve my life because I would have time for homework and I wouldn’t have to worry about what’s for dinner or anything like that. Robots can be a very useful tool for all households.

While robots are useful to many people, I would not want a personal robot. I enjoy doing tasks by myself without assistance. However, robots are still useful for some tasks, such as mass production and dangerous areas.

I find it kind of scary to have a robot for personal use. It is like in those futuristic movies, the robots that are personal servants. I would feel kind of unsettled if a computer was performing tasks that I should be doing myself. Nonetheless, robots on a smaller scale, maybe a vacuum cleaner or something similar, would be okay.

I wouldn't want a robot for personal use. I would rather just do everything myself. I've talked to my dad and friends quite a bit, and I've learned a few things from them. People today don't know how to do stuff like they used to. My dad has been teaching me everything he knows about lots of things. I know how to do basic construction, plumbing, and circuitry for a house, and I haven't gone to school for it or anything of the sort. Take a look at the population under 25 years old. I bet you that more than half of them don't know how to properly change a tire, and that's a problem. Having a robot would definitely help these people with what they have to do, and I totally support making robots that help people. They could easily do dangerous tasks, or difficult tasks. It would improve the world for the better. And while this may be the case, I personally don't see myself wanting one.
