The times seems to go to some length to mock the NFL's copyrights and its enforcement of same. How many DMCA notices has the times issued over reproductions of its content? Let's have full disclosure here.

As an organization that survives because people are willing to spend money for its copyrighted content, the times perhaps should avoid running articles this unsympathetic to the law that keeps them in business,

Perhaps I read the article too rapidly, but I didn't detect any mockery of either "the NFL's copyrights" or "its enforcement of same." Nor do I understand how citing the law that allows the NFL to demand removal of the infringing material is "unsympathetic" to it. Those who post unauthorized content may not be aware how far their acts reach, and the full extent of their effects. Seeing this article may inhibit future infractions. Please pick up your flag.
